The master double bedroom features an ornate 4 poster double bed and has its own en suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms each with its own en suite bathroom.
All three bedrooms, the living area and kitchen/diner are fitted with air conditioning units (for cooling and heating) which are included in the price. A safety deposit box is installed and hairdryers are provided in each of the bedrooms. A baby cot and highchair can be provided.
Central heating throughout and heated towel rails installed in each bathroom, ensure this property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.
Outside the large 10m x 5m private swimming pool with walk in steps is surrounded by an extensive terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Strategically placed to be south facing the pool and terrace area are perfectly positioned for topping up a tan. A table and chairs have been provided on the terrace underneath a shady pergola so that summer dining al fresco can be enjoyed making full use of the BBQ provided.

The Paphos region
Paphos has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. It was a centre of the cult of Aphrodite and of pre-Hellenic fertility deities.
Aphrodite's legendary birthplace was on this island, where her temple was erected by the Myceneans in the 12th century B.C. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the site is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The mosaics of Nea Paphos are among the most beautiful in the world.
The Kathikas area
The prominent position of this villa means it enjoys uninterrupted views over fields and countryside to the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The sleepy village of Kathikas, is part of the Laona project, a rural regeneration and ecotourism project helping to introduce the concept of agrotourism to five villages on the border of the proposed Akamas reserve area.
Located in the heart of wine country, Kathikas is one of the most attractive villages in the area, well known for its great many vineyards, grapes being its main product and their cultivation the main occupation of the villagers. Kathikas even has its own village winery which offers free wine tasting! There are a selection of local tavernas and a mini market.
Just because you prefer to stay inland doesn't mean you have to miss out on the beach experience. Coral Bay approximately 15 kilometres away is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities.
The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
The coastal resorts of Polis and Latchi are both within 18 kilometres of the villa and both feature coarse sand and shingle beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and restaurants/snack bars providing refreshments.
Polis is the principal town for the northwest region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails.
The Paphos district stretching from the Polis area to the town of Paphos counts bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, horse riding, watersports, scuba diving, a waterpark and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 20 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 25 minute drive.
