About the home

Many extras are in this modern newly built villa in Kata, Phuket, Thailand. Here you can enjoy panoramic views over the city, the ocean and the tropical jungle, take a dip in the infinity pool and jacuzzi that exist both indoors and outdoors, see good movies on home theater equipment with projector and surround sound system, drink right temperate wines from the wine refrigerator and cook food in the fully equipped European kitchen. Perfect for larger family, group of friends or company!

Villa Ginborn is in two levels with open floor plan of approximately 300 sqm living area, 200 sqm terrace, private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms (10 beds, 2 extra bed), 6 toilet, 5 shower, wireless internet, cable-TV and stunning views.

A welcoming open floor plan, with large glass openings and breathtaking views and infinity pool in the foreground, faces you when you step into the very tastefully furnished villa. In the open floor plan you will find the modern kitchen, dining and living room. Located near this surface is two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. All rooms have large glass opening to the terrace and the spectacular views. At this level there are also a guest toilet and laundry. The ultra modern European kitchen is in U-shape where you can sit and eat at the black granite counter. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob, circotherm oven, wine cooler, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

At this level you have a large terrace with 32 sqm large infinity pool and jacuzzi. On the terrace there is a dining area for eight people and modern sun beds. The terrace invites you to many beautiful moments in the sun and the pool and in the evening you can enjoy the incredible sunset that goes into the sea.

On the upper level are three bedrooms, all have air conditioning and large glass openings out to the upper terrace/balcony, with all its views. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 46" TV and DVD, safety box, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi where the windows can fully be opened so that the feeling arises that you are sitting outdoors in the tropical jungle with sea views.

The other two bedrooms are one with king size bed and the other one with two twin beds. Both rooms have a 32” TV, DVD, , ensuite bathroom and connecting door between the rooms. This is suitable for families with small children.

There is also a home cinema room with a projector for added entertainment on this level.

All rooms have the stunning views and direct access to terraces/balcony. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air condition.

Surroundings
The villa is located in a quiet, newly built residential area close to Kata Center. Within walking distance is one of Phuket's finest beaches - Kata beach that is highly regarded for being a quiet location but still with upscale restaurants, bars and small boutique shopping. Also on walking distance you have grocery stores, restaurants, hairdressers, laundry, massage, etc. Just 20 minutes to Patong and 5 minutes to Chalong this is a great location in the southern area of the west coast.

The Phuket region

Phuket is a beautiful island, 50 km long and 20 km wide. It is Thailand’s largest and certainly most popular holiday island. The Kata Beach area

The closest beach from Villa Ginborn is Kata Beach. Here, as in most other beaches here in Phuket, there are sun beds for hire. Normal price is 200 Bath per day for two sun beds and one umbrella.Please visit the other beaches such as Kata Noi Beach (little Kata Beach) which is just south of Kata Beach. North of Kata Beach, you have Karon Beach and Patong Beach. The whole west coast is full of beaches so just try them out.

“Great getaway at Villa Ginborn” Great villa but as we did you will need a driver to access the beach etc we had a large group of ten, however there are motorbikes for hire from the owners....would have stayed longer but the... more

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Late check out (according to occupancies) will be available from 11am to 6pm on the check out day for an extra fee. .

- Electricity will be added with 7 baht / unit

- Final cleaning included (other conditions in long term rentals). Cleaning during the stay can be arranged at cost price - the house is rented as self-catering.

- Bed sheets, towels / beach towels, wireless Internet, satellite TV and maintenance of the swimming pool are included.

- Note that during Low Season the rate is minimum 60,000 Baht even for shorter stay then 1 week.
