It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and kitchen/lounge/patio. The spacious entrance hallway leads to 1 medium sized room with 2 single beds which can be put together as a double bed; Large north bedroom has one double bed and 1 single bed, large south bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed with double doors leading to patio and private garden.

The spacious kitchen/lounge includes a pull-out couch which can sleep 2, kitchen table, stove/fridge/freezer, and cabinets with all dishes/utensils available if you'd like to prepare your own dish at the villa.

The villa is located on a private residential side street just 1 block away from local small town stores such as bakery, meat shop, and small local supermarket west. 2 blocks south is the ocean waterfront with pedestrian walkway leading to dozens of cafes, restaurants, and pubs on the Riviera waterfront.
