The Villa is a 3-4 minute walk to the Acropol Restaurant cafe bar which is stunningly located with panoramic sea & mountain views. The swimming pool, is cleaned and checked daily by our housekeeper/gardener The pool deapth is 1.60metre tthrougout, diving and jumping into pool is at guests own risk Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool area & garden areas Fresh bread delivered daily to the Villa at cost Daily refuse collection Conserving the environment & natural resources are important, therefore all efforts have been made to provide an ecco friendly environment at Villa Artemis without compromising on the comfort and facilities provided. All hot water is provide by solar heating, louvered shutters are provided on exterior doors and windows that can be utilised to provide additional airflow through open windows and reduce heat penetration during the hottest parts of the days and to reduce the need for use of air-conditioning. An energy saver front door key is provided to turn off electrical items except the fridge when guests are out, thus conserving energy.
Conditions
All children are welcome, but young children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool areas, garden or on any external balconies. Smoking is only permitted on exterior balconies, terraces and in the garden.. 25% booking deposit required at time of making reservation, balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid in full. A separate refundable breakage deposit of £350 is required for all bookings, Discounts may be available for couples, and at certaiin times during the season, please visit our web-site for details.
