The spectacular setting of the Peninsula reaches out from Kas, a picturesque harbour town, nestled at the foot of the Taurus Mountains which still retains its charm and beauty as it has done since ancient Lycian times.
Kas area
The Kas Peninsula is one of the gems of Turkey's spectacular 'Turquoise Coast' between the airports of Antalya and Dalaman. The town itself is a blend of village life, fishing, boating and a brisk tourist trade. The mountains and the sea that surround Kas provide their full share of activities while the bars and restaurants offer plenty of night life.
The shopping is excellent, supplying anything from local handicrafts, leather goods and lovely cotton clothing, to jewellery and the fabulous fruit and vegetables of the weekly bazaar. Activities include scuba diving, canoeing, trekking, cliff parachuting, mountain biking, riding, fishing, archaeological sightseeing and best of all renting a boat for the day to visit the nearby coves and beaches for bar-b-ques and picnics.
How to get there
Plenty of charter flights to either Antalya or Dalaman. Daily driect flights with Kibris or BA and Turkish Airlines through Istanbul.
Fly to Antalya - 2 1/2 hr transfer. Fly to Dalaman - under 2hr transfer.
Private transfers can be arranged with airconditioned minibus when booking the villa

Further details indoors: The house has a spacious open plan downstairs area. The sittingroom has large folding glass doors onto the pool terrace, a separate TV watching area, a formal diningroom seating 10 and access to further terraces and gardens. There is a fully equipped kitchen, utility and laundry room. All the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite and their own balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with shaver sockets, hairdryers, heated towel rails and underfloor heating.
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool uses NO CHLORINE OR CHEMICAL AGENTS. The water is filtered by the most advanced, ecologically tested system available. Without these chemicals there is no danger of skin disorders, hair discolouration or red eyes!! During the cooler months the pool water can be heated although there is a charge for the oil necessary to run the pool heater. In addition to the shaded alfresco dining area seating 16, there is a poolside bar with drinks cooler, cd player, sink etc. two spacious outdoor seating areas, four large canvas umbrellas and 8 sunbathing loungers.The completely private pool terrace measures over 250sqm with superb views across the bay and Taurus mountains.

Resident staff – Fatma and Oktay. Fatma understands and speaks English. She manages all the cleaning and cooking with the help of a maid who comes in twice weekly for linen changes. Oktay maintains the garden, terraces, swimming pool, all ancillary equipment and the bar-b-que. Oktay also holds a full commercial driving licence and is insured to drive any hire car. Once you have settled at the villa Fatma will prepare a lunch or dinner for your party, with our compliments, we hope this will enable you to get a feel for her excellent cooking skills and to savour the variety of dishes in Turkish cuisine.

Marble terraces and floors throughout the house and surrounding the swimming pool could be dangerous for unsupervised children!
