Our lovely villa is unfortunately up for SALE with Unal at www.sunestate-tr.com due to health reasons.
It is being marketed for £250,000 (295,000 Euro)
but we are open to sensible offers. Please feel free to contact me also.

With this in mind I will only be renting Villa Poyraz out a month before the required date, so please if your require a last minute booking in Kas email me with your requirements.

Villa Poyraz is located 10 mins drive outside the town. It is ideally situated for short drives to award winning beaches, archaeological sites, boat trips and rambling along the Lycian Way. It is also a main dive centre. There are several tour companies in Kas that can provide excursion and extreme sports.

The Villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting and fresh fruit and vegetables, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with uninterrupted stunning sea views.

It has a through lounge/dining/kitchen room for easy living. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 3 double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Please note that there are about 20 steps down to the Villa and might therefore not be suitable for all.

Arrival and departure dates are always flexible to enable the renter to obtain the best flights possible.
Collection and delivery and/or car hire can be arranged with local company.

The Villa gardener/pool attendant come to the villa daily. The cleaner comes once a week to change linen and towels
Pool towels are provided.

English manager is on hand for all enquiries during your stay.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Kas is located where the Taurus Mountains meet the Turquiose Coast/Mediterranean Sea. The scenery is spectacular and every season you can watch the magnificent sunset from our terrace. There are 3 different beaches to cater for every tase from long sandy beaches to very clean and quiet rocky bays.

On the peninsular there are several hotels where guests can use their facilities including the sea/beach/jetty terraces for the price of a drink or two.

The Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area

Ok where to start, diving ,snorkelling , Lycian Way, Turkish baths, archaeological remains, stunning amphitheatres, sunken cities, kayaking, paragliding, 19km beach at Patara, boat trips, waterfalls, gorges, rivers,
dolphin park, turtles swimming by, cycling, swimming snorkelling.

Kas is reached by flying in to either Dalaman or Antalya airport.

The journey is about 2 1/2 hrs through beautiful Southern Turkey and if using our Taxi stops for refreshment can be made at local cafes and restaurants along the way.

“Absouletely fantastic, everything you would wish for from this type of holiday.” It would be difficult to beat the panoramic view from this villa, it was breath taking with the contrast of the rugged mountains in the distance dropping to the beautiful turquoise sea. We spent many hours by the pool watching the variety of sailing boats making their way towards the harbour of Kas. Kas town is great to explore with its winding cobbled streets. There are many shops to browse in and many restaurants to choose from. We found the locals very friendly and welcoming. This is my second visit to Kas and I would come time and time again as there are so many things to do and explore, and each time would give you a different experience. Saklikent Gorge is a must as is a wonder around Patar ruins. For me and my husband it's everything we look for in a holiday, we think it's the perfect destination. Response: Thank you for your comments, its good to know that you felt welcome in our home and in Kas, its a very special place that luckily is a well kept secret and a place that people feel drawn towards.
