About the home

"Holiday Retreat"
The ideal holiday retreat, Villa Selim is set in its own extensive gardens with stunning views overlooking both sides of the Peninsula. To the left of the Peninsula is the Greek island of Meis. On the right are the range of mountains which provide the spectacular backdrop to Kas. The villa has its own private swimming pool, which is gated from the rest of the garden, to provide that extra security and peace of mind for any guests with young children.

Upstairs the en-suite master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and large terrace. 2nd double room with fitted wardrobes and a shared balcony with the 3rd bedroom, which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Air-conditioned throughout. The main bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi bath. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and wc, also a 4th twin bedroom. The fully fitted kitchen opens out onto the living area and is equipped with all the essential gadgets. The terrace provides a perfect place for family to gather for alfresco meals.

The considerable space ensures for guests to escape in peace and quite, making it ideal for families, friends travelling together, and those simply wishing to relax in comfort to enjoy those stunning views.Needless to say, every room in the villa takes full advantage of sea and mountain scenery.
At different times of the day the quality of the light on the water and the hills can be breathtaking and the variety of colours incredible.
Steep road leads to the shared swimming platforms-only 150 mt away, where guests can relax in shade of the rocks, or swim in the Aquamarine waters of the peninsula lagoon. The attractive harbour town kas is a five-minute drive away by car or ten-minute drive by local dolmus services.Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive taxis are easily called.
Villa Selim is ideal for families,friends travelling together and those wishing to relax in comfort, space , privacy to enjoy quietness and those stunning views.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

There are stunning beaches in the area, with the dramatic Kaputaş beach a 20-minute dolmuş or taxi ride towards Kalkan. It is a beautiful sandy beach found at the foot of a ravine down many, many steps!

Further afield - 55-minute journey by local dolmuş or 40 minutes by car or taxi - but certainly worth a visit is the glorious 18-kilometre-long sands of Patara Beach with the crumbling ruins of the ancient port of Patara and Letoon scattered along the coastline.
Sakliken gorge(Hidden Canyon) is another place sould not miss a visit!
Lycian towns of myra (town of st.nicholas),Kekova(sunken city)-Simena,Arycanda and many more....
In short, this region has something for everyone!

The Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area

A picturesque Mediterranean harbour village.

This beautiful natural harbour town is framed by the dramatic Taurus Mountains and is located a 25-minute drive from Kalkan. The winding cobbled streets, colourful local shops and local market place all combine to provide a real Turkish flavour.

Naturally, the harbour is the focal point of the town, with local çay (tea) gardens providing delightful shady spots in which to relax and soak up the atmosphere prior to exploring the labyrinth of narrow streets that meander through the old town.

Our properties are located on the Kaş Peninsula enjoying idyllic waterside locations with truly glorious vistas. However, Kaş offers more than just a beach holiday. Steeped in culture, the region affords many opportunities for exploration of numerous cultural sites together with the surrounding dramatic mountain ranges.

In addition, sporting enthusiasts are well catered for as Kaş is a centre for outdoor sports and provides a range of activities including paragliding, trekking, canoeing, sea kayaking and scuba diving.

DINING
Kaş provides many opportunities to dine well in harbour-side restaurants, hidden courtyards and market-side lokantas (cafés).

Whilst Kaş could in no way be considered to be commercial, it does provide the opportunity for guests to enjoy a fun but relaxed night-life in several bars that stay open deep into the night.

BEACHES
Swimming opportunities abound. The peninsula has various platforms and pebble beaches. In addition Kaş has two pebble beaches which provide pleasant spots for a swim and several platform beaches.could also take a short boat ride (with water taxis)to Limanagzi beaches
