The entire layout ensures almost complete privacy from neighbouring properties, and the walk through the private citrus grove and ancient olive trees from the house level to the beach is completely private and solely for the use of Villa Su.
At the private beach level there is a swimming platform of stone with steel stairs into the pristine sea, where one can swim safely and enjoy the snorkelling and sunbathing if you can tear yourself away from the magnificent 45 square metre rim pool at the house level.
The house is privately owned by 2 artists who designed every feature and many of the works of art were made specifically for the villa, including all the original paintings and sculptures.
It is ideal for a family of 6 - 7, or 3 couples plus a single person , and the size guarantees privacy for all when that is desired, as well as communal living areas.

Cleaning services are available depending on client demand, and a fully equipped utility area with washing machine room is available for those who wish not to avail themselves of maid service.
There is also private covered parking for 2 cars which is private and
off-street.
Minimum rental period is 7 days per contract.
The house is available for rental at any time of the year other than June.
Subsequent to terrible stormy winter in Kas in 2019, Villa Su has just been completely redecorated, and the damaged window in bedroom 2 has been completely replaced.
