Fully air-conditioned and with under floor heating for cooler months this stylishly furnished accommodation, which offers free WIFI, satellite TV & IPod docking station is just a short drive to local beaches and the charming laid back resort of Kas, with its many excellent bars, restaurants boutiques

• Swimming Pool:
• The pool shape is dog-legged with approximate dimensions of 3m x 7m. The depth range is
approximately 1.5m to 2.5m Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around
the pool area.
• Access:
• There are no disabled facilities. There is a short flight of steps down to the entrance of the villa. The
access to the 4th en-suite bedroom is via a longer flight of outside steps. All the main bedrooms
are via the internal staircase.

• Weekly cleaning and linen and towel change
• Daily pool clean and refuse collection

All guests must have valid travel insurance and minimum of 6 month validity on their passport . Only those guests whose names that appear on the booking form are permitted to stay at the villa. Only guests with full valid driving licenses are permitted to drive the rental car. A 10% couple (2 persons only) discount is availble for 2 week reservations.

Conditions

A 25% of the total rental tariff booking deposit is payable on making the reservation, guests will also be required to complete and sign a booking form. The balance payment, plus a refundable security deposit is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. All reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid for in full at the time of making the reservation. .
