Stylishly furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the villa is just a short walk to the Acripol Restaurant & bar & a few minutes drive to local peninsula beaches, and the up-market resort of Kas, with its 2 marinas and many excellent bars, restaurants and shops. Accommodates up to 8 persons.

Minimum rental period 7 nights. Only guests whose names appear on the booking form are permitted to stay over night at the villa. Guests are responsibel for supervising their children at all times particularly around the pool area, and swimming platforms. Diving and jumping into the pool can be dangerous and is done at the guests own risk. Guests are responsible for taking out comprehensive traval insurance to cover cancellation.
Discounted Airport private transfers from Dlaman or Antalya plus car rentals are available.

Conditions

25% of the total rental tariff on making the reservation. Balance payable 10 weeks perior to arrival at the villa. All bookings made within the 10 week period must be paid in full at time of reservation. A refundable security deposit of £400 is paybale with balance payment

Located on the tip of the lagoon side of the Kas Peninsula Villa Dans is just a few minutes drive from the charming and friendly resort of Kas, which is just a 1/2hr drive from Kalkan, along one of the most dramatic and beautiful coastal roads in the Mediterranean. Cradled by the Taurus Mountains, with over 300 days of sunshine, very low humidity, and warm crystal clear unpolluted sea, modern day Kas, with its cobbled streets, is built on the ancient site of Antiphellos.
