Home description
The villa is located on the Cukurbag peninsular overlooking the Greek island of Meis. It has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom which share a large shower room upstairs. There is also another shower room downstairs. The main bedroom has its own private balcony and all bedrooms have a sea view. There is also a self contained studio apartment under the villa which can sleep two persons.
The villas have been decorated in the ottoman style with decorative wooden coving and wooden ceiling roses in all of the principal rooms. Guests have access to a 10 X 5 metre swimming pool which is shared with two other villas ( one of which is occupied by the owner/operator). The villas are set in landscaped gardens

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Kas is probably one of the oldest settlements in the Lycia region. It has since been occupied by the Persians, Greeks and Romans. Their influence is evident from the ruins in and around the town. A 45 minute drive west will take the visitor to Patara beach which is some 20 kilometres long and home to the Carreta Carreta sea turtles.There are also a large number of Lycean, Greek and Roman ruins in the area.
To the east of Kas is located the small fishing village of Kalekoy which faces the island of Kekova. Kekova's main city, Batikkent, was destroyed by an earthquake some 2,200 years ago and is now submerged under the sea. The Lycean way, probably one of the best walking routes in Turkey, passes through Kas.
Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area
The town of Kas has plenty to offer the tourist with a wealth of shops selling clothing, jewellery, leather goods, carpets and ceramics. On Fridays the local market is held offering a wide range of goods as well as food stuffs. While there has been some development , the original charm and character of the town has not altered. There is a good selection of restaurants offering seafood, steaks, grills, pide and traditional Turkish cuisine. There is also a number of bars (some of which have live music) and cafes. Kas itself is steeped in history and the visitor will comes face to face with it when wandering around the town.

Dalaman and Antalya are the nearest international airports. Both are serviced by national cariiers as well as low cost and charter airlines

A ten percent discount is offered for bookings received before 31 december 2008.
Free transfer from the airport (Dalaman or Antalya) is offered for bookings for two weeks or over. A deposit of GBP50.- per person is payable upon booking. The balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable and failure to pay the balance in the perscribed period allows the operator to re-let the property.

This is definitely the best place in Kas. When we arrived here and saw our house with that view, we realised that we got more than we expected. Place - We have got so much space in this house, although we are 8 people. This is really great! Pool - The pool is wonderful, big and clear and is probabley one of the biggest in town View - The view is breathtaking It is like heaven when you wake in the morning and you see the sea, the islands and the pool.
