25% booking deposit to secure the reservation, balance payment due 10 weeks prior to arrival at the Villa plus a refundable security deposit of £400. All reservation made within the 10 week period must be paid in full. Discounts may be availble for smaller parties and 2 person only occupancy. Guests are responsible for taking out travel insurance to cover holiday cancellation. the rental payment may be made by either sterling cheque. bank transfer, IBAN or credit card via the paypal system(credit card payments will incur a 3.4% surcharge)
