Kas Arts festival in June,. Republic day 29th October, Weekly market on Friday. Kas which is a centre for scuba diving and activity holidays has a dolphin therapy centre where you can awim with dolphins, and it's own amphitheatre. Kas is ideally located for visting some of the many nearby historic sites such Myra, Arycanda, the world heritage site at Patara beach and the beautifully located sunken city of Kekova. Thers are water taxis to nearby beaches and private and shared gulet charter available.
How to get there
We can organise extremely competitively priced car rental and private airport tranasfers to and from the Villa from both Dalaman and Antalya Airport. Budget flight operators include Flythomas cook.com, Thomson, Airflights direct.co.uk, Cheapflights.co.uk offer flights into both Dalaman & Antalya Airport, and from 31st March Easy Jet has a service operating between Gatwick Airport and Dalaman Airport. Scheduled flights are operated out of Heathrow into both Dalaman and Antalya Airport by Turkish Airlines, British Airways and Onurair. The villa has a private parking area which located on the road above the villa. A local restaurant and bar and swimming platforms are just a few minutes walk from the villa.
Further details
A 25% of the total rental tariff booking deposit is payable on making the reservation, guests will also be required to complete and sign a booking form. The balance payment, plus a refundable security deposit is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. All reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid for in full at the time of making the reservation. Free transfers to and from the villa from either Dalaman or Antalya are included in the rental tariff for all 2 week full occupancy reservations in July and August. A 10% couple (2 persons only) discount is availble for 2 week reservations,
Conditions
All guests must have valid travel insurance and minmum of 6 validity on their passport . Only those guests whose names that appear on the booking form are permitted to stay at the villa. Only guests with full valid driving licenses are permitted to drive the rental car.
