Villa Yunus is a spacious villa offering wonderful views of the sea and mountains opposite. The villa has a private pool and plenty of outside space for basking in the sun, reading or relaxing in the shade.
Villa Yunus is a 4 bedroom villa built on the hillside and split over 3 levels. The entrance level is open plan with fully fitted family sized kitchen, dining area and lounge area. A balcony extends around the outside of the villa from the lounge area with it's sea views to a new outside terrace area. The terrace is accessed from the kitchen area and is perfect for breakfast dining or alfresco evening meals. For the cooler autumnal evenings there is an inside dining area. There is also a shared shower room and toilet on this level.
A spiral staircase connects the three floors and on the next floor up from the entrance level are three bedrooms. At the front of the villa is an en suite double bedroom with balcony and sea views. There is then a twin bedroom and shared family bathroom. And at the back of the villa is a double bedroom with two small balconies.
On the floor below the entrance level is a large triple bedroom.
The pool area in front of the villa has been recently refurbished and boasts both a sizeable bathing area and also shaded area beside the villa allowing some respite during the height of the midday sun.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
There are stunning beaches in the area, with the dramatic Kaputas beach a 20-minute dolmus or taxi ride towards Kalkan. It is a beautiful sandy beach found at the foot of a ravine down many, many steps!
Other more local beaches worth a visit are Incebogaz, Kucuk Cakil, Buyuk Cakil, Olympos Plaj and Akcagerme Plaj.
Further afield - 55-minute journey by local dolmus or 40 minutes by car or taxi - but certainly worth a visit is the glorious 18-kilometre-long sands of Patara Beach. In 1998 it was voted the second loveliest beach in the world.
Saklikent gorge (Hidden Canyon) is a cool place on a hot day and well worth a visit.
There are several historical areas in Kas with Lycian tombs scattered at various points throughout town and the ancient amphitheatre which has been restored to its original form. Kas is situated in the ancient region of Lycia so there are also plenty of places of historical interest to explore nearby; Myra (town of St Nicholas where the legend of Father Christmas started), Xanthos (capital of the Lycian region and now UNESCO World Heritage Centre), Patara, Kekova (sunken city), Simena, Arycanda and many more...
Friday is market day (Pazar) in Kas. It is a vibrant and busy market which sells local seasonal produce as well as having a selection of other stalls selling anything from iron and woodwork to bedding and rugs.
The Greek island of Castellorizo is a 20 minute ferry ride across the bay. There you will find a picturesque village with typical Greek architecture and several waterside tavernas and restaurants perfect for lunching. And the crystal clear turquoise waters make for a nice pre-lunch bathe.
Yachting fiends will not be disappointed as the new marina opened in 2011 and boasts 450 moorings. All amenities are housed in a lovely landscaped area with a promenade, several restaurants, supermarket, spa and a travel agency.
This beautiful natural harbour town is framed by the dramatic Taurus Mountains and is located 2 hours away from Dalaman Airport along a spectacularly beautiful coastal road. The winding cobbled streets, colourful local shops and local market place all combine to provide a real Turkish flavour.
Naturally, the harbour is the focal point of the town, with local çay (tea) gardens providing delightful shady spots in which to relax and soak up the atmosphere prior to exploring the labyrinth of narrow streets that meander through the old town.
Kas means 'eyebrow' and it gets this name because the town is set in a curved bay that's shaped like an eyebrow. Much of Kas's past is still in evidence. In fact, if you stroll around the town, you'll come across an ancient sarcophagus at the top of a street of small shops and the bay itself is backed by high cliffs that are dotted with rock tombs.
The town extends out onto the Cukurbag peninsula, and stretches toward the Greek islands, the closest being Castellorizo ('Meis' in Turkish). Our property located on the peninsula enjoying idyllic waterside locations with truly glorious vistas.
However, Kas offers more than just a beach holiday. Steeped in culture, the region affords many opportunities for exploration of numerous cultural sites together with the surrounding dramatic mountain ranges. In addition, sporting enthusiasts are well catered for as Kas is a centre for outdoor sports and provides a range of activities including paragliding, trekking, canyoning, sea kayaking and scuba diving.
