This beautifully appointed luxury villa on the exclusive Kas peninsula, just minutes away from the charming bohemian seaside town of Kas, is the ultimate holiday getaway. Facing southwest, the villa enjoys breathtaking sunsets and in a traditional Mediterranean landscaped garden of olive and citrus trees, Villa Günes has been architect designed to ensure maximum privacy, comfort and tranquillity. Please note that the villa is devided into two separate villas verticially, and the pool is shared with an English lady who normally stays there alone.

Villa Günes is actually two separate apartments where the main is with two bedrooms, Large family bathroom with bathtub at the top floor. Lovely balcony from master bedroom. Downstairs is the kitchen, toilet with shower and living room with access to our big terrace where we live every afternoon and night. The studio apartment is with a perfect view to the pool, the see and the Taurus mountains. It is a romantic studio-apartment with kitchen, toilet with shower and two beds living room. 5 steps from the door and you are swimming in the pool !!! The villa is fully air-conditioned. Villa Günes is elegantly furnished with a tastefull touch of Turkey.

Great for 2 families or friends travelling together.

We have one of the most beautyfull gardens on the Peninsula!!

Our garden is well kept by our own gartner and it is full of grapes, olives, banana palms, orange and lime trees. You will see flowers everywhere and the roses are blooming almost all year.

Regional Information
The charming and friendly resort of Kas is just 35 km drive east from Kalkan, along one of the most dramatic and beautiful coastal roads in the Mediterranean. Cradled by the Taurus Mountains, with over 300 days of sunshine, very low humidity, and warm crystal clear unpolluted sea.

Villa Günes is located on the attractive Peninsula - only few miles from beautyfull and historic town of Kas, which sits across the Lycian Way on the beautiful and unspoilt Mediterranean (Turquoise) coast of Turkey.

Kas, with its cobbled streets, is built on the ancient site of Antiphellos. The village is open all year round. It has 2 marinas, and many excellent restaurants, bars, and antique, jewellery, carpet and designer clothes shops. However, Kas is much more than just a resort, with a resident population of 8,000 people, it services the banking and legal needs of the region. It also boasts its own small hospital, school, and some excellent multi-lingual doctors and dentists. With its own amphitheatre, and close to numerous historic, and un-spoilt areas of undeniable natural beauty, Kas offers an excellent quality of life and is an ideal location for a holiday in the sun.

Myra, Arycanda, Chimera, Tlos, small coves & beaches, Kapitas beach, the sunken city of Kekova, & approximately 40 minutes from the golden sands of the world heritage site of Patara beach with its loggerhead turtles. Numerous excellent restaurants & bars.
Arts festival end June early July.
The water around Kas is in top 100 of diving places in the world. The short distanse to the good diving places is one of the reasons.
