Kas is is a little town with a bunch of houses around the main street and the tea-houses where the fishermen and the tourists exchange their stories. The local fishermen are very friendly and will gladly take you with their fishing boats to the wonderful bays and coves along the coast. There are also daily excursions by boats to places which have tourist attractions such as Kekova, Simena, Uçagiz and Blue Cave, which is 35m long and 18m wide with a fascinating attraction.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms The master bedroom has a large panorama window facing the sea and direct access to the balcony.
Middle floor
American style kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining corner. Also a bathroom with toilet.
Towards the sea there is a large glass façade so there is an uninterrupted sea view.
Access to the terrace, where there is a wooden table with 8 wooden chairs and a grill for dining outside.
Lower floor
Small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with great sea view, living room with great sea view and large glass doors facing the sea and pool. There are large glass doors to the pool area.
The villa is situated on a Peninsula 4km from Kas.

The Turquoise Coast and Lycia region of Turkey is home to some of its most well known resorts. Olu Deniz is famed for its blue lagoon, and the whole of the coastline is spectacular. For those who like nightlife and plenty to do, Fethiye and Bodrum are great for combining ancient sights and wonders with modern facilities.
Marmaris is a more European style resort, but still boasts a lovely old town quarter.

Kas lies between Antalya and Fethiye on the majestic lycian coast. The sheltered bay of Kas is composed of the old harbour winged by Limanagiz bay and the peninsula, facing the Greek island of Kastellorizo (tr. Meis) only 5km away.

"There is no place like that in Europe" said your Italian neighbour
and I totally agree with him.
Your villa location is really in an astonishing position and the quality of
the house and its fittings are in the highest level.
I must mention your local agent, Peter, was always at hand, doing everything and much more than that( he even needed to overcome a water problem in KAS...)
I have no words to explain how much we enjoyed this holiday!
