Relax and enjoy the tranquility and peaceful ambiance the villa enjoys, yet it is only a 4 Kms to the charming seaside town of Kas or a 5 minute walk to the sea with a private swimming platform. Fully air-conditioned throughout, this spacious property offers: 4 bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests in 2 double & 2 twin rooms- all with sea view balcony or terrace and en-suite bathrooms. A comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling overlooking the pool terrace area provides you with satellite TV, DVD, CD and a phone and wireless internet.
Fully fitted kitchen and dining areas provide modern appliances including: cooking hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, you can spend your day lounging by your own private freshwater swimming pool. A covered area shelters patio dining furniture from the heat of the day.

The villa is situated on three levels.
Top Level
Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are connected by a gallery. The master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) with a large balcony with fabulous views of the sunset for that glass of wine or quiet morning cup of tea or coffee. The second bedroom has two twin (90cm) beds and a private balcony. The gallery provides a quiet place to read and a desk area with wireless internet access.
Middle Level
A spectacular two story vaulted cedar ceiling living area with wood burning stove and access to the pool terrace. The living room features a large LCD TV with satellite reception, a CD/DVD player, 5.1 surround sound entertainment system for your enjoyment. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, breakfast bar, and dining area with a custom wood and wrought iron table. It has a microwave oven, juicer, panini machine and other necessary small appliances. The bedroom has two twin (90cm) beds that can be combined to provide one large bed. It has a large terrace that overlooks the sea and access to the pool. The bathroom is fitted with 100 year old cedar furnishings. The villa is decorated with custom original artwork as well as antique ethnic pieces. The villa is outfitted with a full security system for the upper two levels. For the mobility impaired there is one step at the entrance and another step required to enter the pool.
Lower Level
A private apartment with separate entry includes a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom (150 cm bed), living room with great sea view and large glass doors facing the sea and a private balcony.

The pool terrace has travertine and iron table with 8 chairs for dining. Private rectangular infinity pool, 9 x 4 metres with depth from 1.55 to 1.90 m. The private entry courtyard features chaises for sun bathing and an area for dining away from the afternoon sun. The fifth bathroom/WC is located just outside the apartment for use while enjoying the pool.
Further details
The gardens and pool are maintained daily and cleaning is done once a week, with a full bed linen change. If you would like a full clean and bed change more frequently this can be arranged for £100 per. For additional luxury we can also arrange cooking services for those occasional special meals. The gardener will bring you fresh bread each morning as a personal service. He will also supply your bottled water.
Conditions
Our prices do not include flights or transfers to and from the airport. We are situated 188 km (about three hours) north east of Antalya and about 160 km (two hours) south of Dalaman Airport. Our personal lycian-villas website includes links to make booking your flight easy from most European destinations. Transfers can (and usually are) arranged by us. You pay when you get here. Current return prices (at end 2010) are: For 4 or less persons in private air-conditioned car for Dalaman £150, for Antalya £170. For larger parties, up to 10 persons, a private air-conditioned minibus can be arranged which costs £170 return for Dalaman transfers & £180 for Antalya transfers. Rates are subject to change.

The Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area
Kas is set in a charming location on the Lycian Coast and is surrounded by magnificent mountainous countryside, and the water offers excellent swimming and scuba diving. Kas has managed to maintain its traditional fishing village atmosphere and despite its international popularity has not been spoiled by the ravages of mass tourism.
Kas lies between Antalya and Fethiye on the majestic Lycian coast. The sheltered bay of Kas is composed of the old harbor winged by Limanagiz bay and the peninsula, facing the Greek island of Kastellorizo (tr. Meis) only 5km away. Kas is an ideal location to enjoy archaeology exploration, boating trips and other activities with tour operators that can help you with your choices.

02/27/07 My wife and I discovered Kas during a Blue Cruise in 1984 and liked it so much we have returned there many times in the following years. During our last 2 month trip to Turkey we stayed at the Lycian Breeze Villa. What a wonderful find! We enjoyed our stay at the Lycian Breeze Villa so much we changed our itinerary and returned there again for another two weeks. While being the perfect vacation house because of its well designed floor plan, and a front and back patio perfect for outside dining and entertainment, it can be very private. It is beautifully furnished and has a great kitchen. Only 10 minutes from Kas via a convenient shuttle bus, you are not isolated from the activities of town life but you would never know that while floating in the Lycian Breeze Villa's infinity pool or sipping a cool drink while watching the sun slip slowly into the Sea. No doubt about it- we will return!

02/18/07 KAS is a postcard perfect town. Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, access to boat trips, snorkeling and more. We couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. This beautiful and spacious vacation rental is occasionally owner occupied so the house had a comfortable lived in feel to it. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even with nine people staying in our group, we all had space. The views were outstanding. Lounging in the pool couldn't be beat and late afternoon napping in the shady court yard was so enjoyable. We only wish Turkey was closer so we could make KAS an annual trip!

We prefer a lower occupancy and offer a discount, in the summer season, for parties of 1 to 4 persons.
At the time of booking, we ask for an initial payment of 10% of the total price. Once this is received by us this constitutes acceptance of our Booking Conditions and a commitment to proceed with the booking. This is the only payment required until 10 weeks before departure. Whatever happens to the value of the currency in which you paid, the price of your holiday will not be subject to any change.
We can accept payment by electronic transfer in GBP, EURO, USD or Turkish Lira (TL). EFT fees can be high so you can pay in full at time of booking if you would like.
A refundable 300GBP security deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be returned within two weeks of departure.
