About the home

This villa is one of three on the same site. The villa is semi detached and has three double bedrooms - two with double beds and one with twin beds. All the rooms are bright and spacious. The downstairs has an open plan living area with comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped. and there is a dining area for 6. There is a spacious outside terrace on which to enjoy BBQ's and cocktails. The infinity pool is shared between the villas and offers the opportunity to enjoy spectacular views of the sunset.

If you want to take a morning dip in the sea its just 150 metres away and easily accessible down the steps infront of the villa.

Although set in a quiet location, there are a couple of boutique hotels and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Here you can enjoy the facilities or go for a meal without worrying about transport home. The town of Kas is just a five minute drive away. A regular minibus runs to and from the town in the summer months.

The rooms are large and spacious with private balconies. The house is decorated to a high standard. There is a family sized bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

The infinity pool is situated between the semi-detached and detached villas. There is a large terrace area around and at each side of the pool to allow for privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. The villa is situated in shared gardens which are maintained by the care-taker. From 2013 each of the villas will have their own individual swimming pools. The large infinity pool in the picture will be for the use of Villa Kaan 2.

All children are welcome, but young children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool areas, garden or on any external balconies.

Smoking is only permitted on exterior balconies, terraces and in the garden..

25% non - refundable booking deposit required at time of making reservation, balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid in full.
A separate refundable breakage deposit of £250 is required for all bookings.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This area of Turkey is rich in history and one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline. Contained withing the municipality of the Antalya region, it boasts 300 days of sunshine per year. Stretching from Fethiye to Antalya is the Lycian way - an ancient footpath taking in some of the most stunning scenery from snow capped mountains to glistening turquoise waters. And Kas is right at the centre of this pathway. The whole region is dotted throughout with historical landmarks, ancient rock tombs, sandy beaches, dramatic cliff tops, lush green valleys and a stunning coastline.

Places of particulatr interest within easy reach of Kas include Patara - over 18 km of sandy beach and an archaeological site including Roman market place and the oldest lighthouse in Europe, Kekova - the ancient sunken city, Saklikent - a dramatic gorge where you can escape from the summer heat and Arycanda - a dramatic Lycian city set in the hills.

The Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area

The town of Kas is only a 5 minute drive away, where you will find delightful shops and restaurants and a healthy nightlife during the summer months. There are so many varied and interesting sites to see and activities to try in the area and we are happy to advise and help you arrange day trips as required.

Everyone should try a boat trip while in this area. There are private or group boats for rent that depart from the Kas harbour (or Kekova) and that head out daily for fishing, swimming, snorkelling, or relaxing with lunch onboard included. There are also evening cruises available and daily ferries that visit the Greek Island of Meis which is just 7 kilometres off the coast of Kas.

Other activities available in the area include canoeing, sea-kayaking, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking, guided walking and mountain hiking excursions. You could also include a trip up into the mountains to the green lake at Gombe or to the historical sites of Xanthos, Tlos, Saklikent or Fethiye.

Thomas Cook Airlines run from UK to Dalaman and Antalya Airports throughout the year. In the summer months there are additional budget airlines such as Monarch and Easyjet. Turkish airlines also fly to Dalaman and Antalya via Istanbul.

We use a local car hire firm Andifli which have a range of vehicles for hire. They also do airport transfers.
A car is not essential for the villas but is recommended for convenience. Local mini buses run every hour to town from the peninsula.

Local Dolmus (mini-bus) service runs to all local beaches/villages.
Bus station in Kas to all other regions.
Taxi service available in town.
