About the home

The apartment is one of two available apartments in the same block. With stunning sea views you can wake up in the morning and walk down the steps directly to the sea. The area is very quiet and as the apartments are privately owned, the complex is very rarely full. Set in beautiful gardens, each block is afforded privacy. Also on the complex for the use of the guests is a small gym with sauna and massage facilities. The apartments are south facing and get the sun all day. There are shady areas to escape the sun on the terrace or take a dip in the large pool.

The property has one bedroom with twin beds. There the two sofa beds in the living area which makes this an ideal option for a couple with two young children. The property has an open plan living space and the kitchen is fully fitted. Doors open directly onto the terrace area which is ideal for al-fresco dining.

There are gym facilities available as well as a sauna room for the use of the guests.
There is a utility room with 2 washing machines for the use fo the guests.
The gardens and communal areas are well maintained.

Conditions

A 25% non - refundable deposit is payable in advance to secure the booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival. Payment in GBP by electronic funds transfer to our UK bank account.
An additional 50 TL will be charged per week for electricity bills.

Sunrise towards Kas

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This area of Turkey is rich in history and one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline. Contained withing the municipality of the Antalya region, it boasts 300 days of sunshine per year. Stretching from Fethiye to Antalya is the Lycian way - an ancient footpath taking in some of the most stunning scenery from snow capped mountains to glistening turquoise waters. And Kas is right at the centre of this pathway. The whole region is dotted throughout with historical landmarks, ancient rock tombs, sandy beaches, dramatic cliff tops, lush green valleys and a stunning coastline. Places of particulatr interest within easy reach of Kas include Patara - over 18 km of sandy beach and an archaeological site including Roman market place and the oldest lighthouse in Europe, Kekova - the ancient sunken city, Saklikent - a dramatic gorge where you can escape from the summer heat and Arycanda - a dramatic Lycian city set in the hills.

The Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area

The town of Kas is only a 5 minute drive away, where you will find delightful shops and restaurants and a healthy nightlife during the summer months. There are so many varied and interesting sites to see and activities to try in the area and we are happy to advise and help you arrange day trips as required. Everyone should try a boat trip while in this area. There are private or group boats for rent that depart from the Kas harbour (or Kekova) and that head out daily for fishing, swimming, snorkelling, or relaxing with lunch onboard included. There are also evening cruises available and daily ferries that visit the Greek Island of Meis which is just 7 kilometres off the coast of Kas. Other activities available in the area include canoeing, sea-kayaking, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking, guided walking and mountain hiking excursions. You could also include a trip up into the mountains to the green lake at Gombe or to the historical sites of Xanthos, Tlos, Saklikent or Fethiye.

Thomas Cook Airlines run from UK to Dalaman and Antalya Airports throughout the year. In the summer months there are additional budget airlines such as Monarch and Easyjet. Turkish airlines also fly to Dalaman and Antalya via Istanbul.

We use a local car hire firm Andifli which have a range of vehicles for hire. They also do airport transfers.
A car is not essential for the apartment but is recommended for convenience. Local mini buses run every half hour to town from the peninsula.

Local Dolmus (mini-bus) service runs to all local beaches/villages.
Bus station in Kas to all other regions.
Taxi service available in town.

ARRIVALS

The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 15:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.

DEPARTURES

Departure should be before 12 noon if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you providing our next arrival is not early the same day.

The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

Linen and towels are changed once a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.
