Spacious open plan living & dining room with fire place and French doors to upper terrace ideal for alfresco dining or watching the sea view. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, Mosquito screens on balcony doors.
Fully equipped & fitted stylish kitchen with granite worktops. There is three double bedrooms. All bedlinen , hand & bath towels provided. Welcome pack of local produce on arrival at the villa. No smoking inside the villa, no pets permitted.

Alfresco dining areas on the terrace. Shaded seating area equipped with comfortable seating area. Private platform beach and private parking area. Fragrant garden, with night jasmine, hibicus, orleander bourganvillia, mimosa orange, grapefruit, mandarin lemon trees, banana palms and grapevine.
Conditions
All children are welcome, but young children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the beach areas, garden or on any external balconies. Smoking is only permitted on exterior balconies, terraces and in the garden.
25% booking deposit required at time of making reservation, balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Reservations made within the 4 week period must be paid in full. A separate refundable breakage deposit of £200 is required for all bookings.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Kas is a small fishing and yachting village 168 kilometres west of Antalya City. Known as Turkey's best-kept secret, Kas remains untouched by mass tourism, helped by the fact that it is two hours from Dalaman Airport and three hours from Antalya. It's actually the main township in the area but tourists tend to head to the better-known Kalkan, twenty minutes away.
Those who do venture to Kas find a calm, picturesque town nestling between the Mediterranean and the Taurus Mountains. Five-hundred metre high hills protect it from the northerly winter winds. This is the most southerly of Turkish resorts and it enjoys long hot summer days and mild winters.
The town is bohemian and you'll meet artists, writers and musicians attracted by the area's arty reputation. People come here for privacy and anonymity.
Kas has pebbly beaches, but no sandy shore. However, there are several jetties and piers that lead to the Mediterranean waters. The well-known nature reserve Patara Beach is officially part of Kas, which is an area of wonderful scenery, fascinating history, abundant and varied wildlife and a gorgeous climate.
The Kas / Cukurbag Peninsula area
CUKURBAG PENINSULA - The Villa is located on the far side of the Cukurbag Peninsula about 7 minutes drive from the bustling centre of Kas. The Peninsular has not been overbuilt as large areas are designated "Green Land" which cannot be developed. The style and size of villas is well controlled as well, which means that although the Peninsular enjoys an exclusive feel it is still very much a place for a family holiday.
There are stunning views from all around the Peninsular and Villa Ege, situated at the most Westerly point, benefits from some spectacular sunsets ... all year round!
There is plenty to do on the Peninsular -
- Visit one of the 2 small beaches 5 minutes from the Villa
- Visit the Dolphinarium also 5 minutes from the Villa
- Cycle around the Peninsular - not as hard as you might imagine and you will experience some wonderful views!
- There are many diving platforms, which, by negotiation with villa owners, would be accessible to anyone visiting Villa Ege
From Kas
Local Activities: Swimming - Scuba diving - Snorkelling - Paragliding - Jeep safaris - Canoeing - White water rafting - Gulet cruises - Visit the Dolphinarium also 5 minutes from the villa.
Shopping: Turkish carpets - "Designer Labels" - Leather goods - Shoes - Jewellery - Clothes - Iznik ceramics - Spices and Turkish Delights - Antique shops.
Local Attractions: Kas Friday Market - Visit to the Greek Island of Meis - Kas Amphitheatre (Concerts still take place there)
Internet: Kas has several Internet Cafes that charge very reasonable rates for Internet access.
