This luxury villa is fully air conditioned, equipped & furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. It offers the perfect ambience in which to enjoy a relaxed and care free holiday in this beautiful region of Southern Turkey.

The Villa has been designed to provide a light, spacious and airy environment, enhanced by travertine floors to create a seamless and timeless quality throughout. The accommodation has been purposefully built to take full advantage of the stunning Mediterranean Sea views to the front & mountain views to the rear , as well as the magical sunsets from the balconies and pool terraces.

The 1st floor bedrooms and balconies benifit in the high season form the cool evening sea breeze, whilst the spaciouse living room with adjoining modern kitchen area have the benefit of direct access onto the pool terraces and garden. Villa Hermes accommodates up to 6 people in real comfort & style. All bedrooms offer ensuit facilities.

The pool terrace offers stunning views towards the Greek Island of Meis. Sunbeds, parasols and pool towels are all part of the package. There is a private shaded outdoor BBQ and seating area or alternitively an inhouse BBQ service via the villa manager.

Kas centre is just 4 Klm from the villa. There is a public transport service [Dulmus] that runs every half our into Kas from just below the Villa during the summer months.

The Villa is a 3-4 minute walk to the Aquarius Restaurant cafe bar which is stunningly located with panoramic sea & mountain views & autumn sunsets.
The swimming pool, is cleaned and checked daily by our housekeeper/gardener
The pool deapth is 1.60metre throughout, diving and jumping into pool is at guests own risk
Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool area
Fresh bread delivered daily to the Villa at a small cost by the villa manager.
Daily refuse collection.
Conserving the environment & natural resources are important, therefore all efforts have been made to provide an ecco friendly environment at Villa Hermes without compromising on the comfort and facilities provided. Shutter blinds are provided on exterior doors and windows that can be utilised to provide additional airflow through open windows and reduce heat penetration during the hottest parts of the days and to reduce the need for use of air-conditioning.

25% booking deposit required at time of making reservation, balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid in full.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Kas is a small historical town on the south coast of Turkey. It was one of the most important marine cities and wine production sites of the Lycian civilization and is now surrounded by rock tombs and ruins of the ancient city Antiphellos.

Right across from Kas, there is the Greek island Kastelorizo(Meis) . It is only 3 miles (5 km) away from Kas. There are daily excursions by boats to Kastelorizo and also to another antique city of Lycian Civilization, the Kekova Island.

Kas is the marriage of beauty and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. In Kas, the centre of the historic Lycian Region, the Taurus Mountains embrace the sea as they continue to the great depths of the Mediterranean. The area is rocky all around, which helps to keep the bay crystal clear. Kas was once the site of an ancient city Antiphellos. Today the only remains of this Lycian city are the rock-cut tombs and sarcophagi. You can wander through the streets stopping to examine the souvenir shops that offer Turkish handicrafts, leather goods, silver items, cotton clothing, and handmade carpets. After shopping, stroll along the flower-lined Akdeniz Promenade or relax under the shade of a palm tree. There are many bars and restaurants in Kas that offer plenty of night life.

Some says Kas is beautifully situated in a curving bay underneath the 500 meters high cliffs of the Yatan Adam (Sleeping Man) mountain from which there is a startling view on the bay and the Greek island of Kastellorizo (Meis in Turkish) opposite. Until 1923 Kas was also populated by Greek fishermen and was known as Andifli. It was a sleepy fishing village until the early 1980.

Present-day Kas is one of the fastest expanding towns in the field of tourism on the Turquoise Coast and has become a stylish holiday resort with some of the best shops and restaurants on the Mediterranean. The small town is a centre for arts and crafts, jewellery and textiles. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes.

Shared & private boat charter, scuba diving, fishing, walking, kayaking, white water rafting, paragliding & horse riding. Close to many archaeological & historical sites i.e Xanthos, Olympus. Myra, Arycanda, Chimera, Tlos, small coves & beaches, Kapitas beach, the sunken city of Kekova, & approximately 40 minutes from the 12km golden sands of the world heritage site of Patara beach with its loggerhead turtles.
