All bedrooms feature stylish en suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The very spacious master retreat has a romantic, king size four-poster bed, a separate seating area and a spa bath. Linen is of the finest quality.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Villa Aphrodite is located on the lagoon side of the exclusive Kas peninsula and is just 10 minutes from the town centre. Kas is 185 kilometres south west of Antalya and 160 kilometres south east of Dalaman. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot summers (average May-Sep 20-28 C) and mild winters. The population of 8,000 inhabitants swells considerably during the holiday season. The 500-meter, Yatan Adam ("Sleeping Man") mountain, overlooks the town, while across from the peninsula lies the Greek island of Meis.
In ancient times the region surrounding Kas was known as Lycia and the area is replete with tombs, relics and ruins from this and other civilisations. The amphitheatre - the only Anatolian amphitheatre facing the sea - dating from the first century BC is amazingly well preserved and seats up to 4000. It lies 500 meters to the west of the Town Square.

Kas is a delightful seaside town that has managed to preserve its unique charm and character despite its increasing popularity with tourists and travellers. Its stunning location on the island-studded Turkish Mediterranean coast with rugged mountains rising up from the shoreline is the stuff of dreams. The bustling harbour, where each morning fishermen sell fresh-caught seafood, and from which you can take excursions to the many surrounding islands, is lined with traditional tea gardens. Right next to the harbour the main Town Square provides a focal point where locals and tourists blend seamlessly. Fanning out from here, narrow jasmine-scented, alleys overlooked by traditional Ottoman balconies and packed with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, await exploration.
How to get there
The closest airport is Dalaman. British Airlines now flies direct to Dalaman from Gatwıck twice a week. Many airlines operate direct charter flights to Dalaman such as Excel Aiways, Monarch and Thomas Cook. Alternatively, fly to Antalya International Airport. We can then arrange transfers and car hire for you through our agent in Kas. The villa is a 2 hour drive from Dalaman and a 2.5 hour drive from Antalya.

Further details indoors: All bedrooms have stylish en suites with Egyptian cotton towels, olive oil soaps and hair-dryers. The master has a romantic 4 poster king-size bed and the master bathroom features a jacuzzi as well as a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and all linen is of the finest quality.
Villa Aphrodite has a truly gourmet ktichen with a separate drinks fridge, an espresso machine, juicer, blender, pasta machine and much more!
Further details outdoors: The villa features marble sunbathing areas and a delightful wooden, covered pegoda. Relax on the sleek and stylish "Luna" sunbeds and outdoor dining table and chairs. There are cream and teak umbrellas and Raffles chairs on upper terrace. Towels also provided for the pool area. We use only top quality chemicals for the pool from Spain, gentle on the skin yet the water is crystal clear.
Complete with a traditional stone BBQ, a beautiful Meditteranean garden filled with olive, oleander and citrus trees, jasmine, bougainvillea, banana palms and lillies as well as two private parking areas (one covered carport).

Our English speaking caretaker meets all guests on arrival and is available throughout your stay for any assistance needed. The villa is cleaned weekly. Towels are replenished mid week. Towels are also provided for the pool area. The pool and garden are maintained on a daily basis. The pool is operational April - November. A cot (BYO cot linen) and high chair are also available.
A complimentary welcome hamper is included in the rental tariff.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Please enquire about our luxury packages for all 2 week holidays from June through to September. These include transfers, car hire, a full day gulet cruise and a choice of activities.
A 25% deposit to secure the booking (payable by credit card via paypal or by bank transfer) and a completed and signed booking form followed by the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival along with a £350 security deposit cheque against any breakages/damage. This is returned within 2 weeks of departure all being well in the villa. Receipts are sent for all payments received.
We offer special packages for long-term stays from November through to April each year and discounts for a couple in mid season.

We spent 2+ weeks in this area, 1 on a sailboat and 1 in this lovely villa, and Kas is the most charming town between Bodrum and Antalya. The villa was fantastic, the local caretaker very helpful and a dinner or brunch at Akropol with the Austrian Crissy and her husband is a must. Definitely recommend this place! One of the nicest places on earth, in the nicest villa. We have had a wonderful week swimming, strolling in the delightful town of Kas, exploring the ruins of Olympos and Xanthos, driving to the top of the mountain and taking in the views of the islands and bays.
