Baris Villa is an attractive detached property with just under 1/2 acre of land surrounding the villa.

The villa boasts mature garden with fruit trees and a private swimming pool. The swimming pool has a deep and shallow end and Roman steps leading in.
The Villa is suitable for the family but will accomodate just adults looking for a peacefull place to relax or a family looking to chill out.

Baris Villa is situated a short 45 minutes from the main airport in Northern Cyprus (Ercan).
The main town of Kyrenia is situated approx 25 minutes' drive from the villa which offers a large selection of shops and restaurants as well as the town harbour.

A spacious and relaxing high-quality family villa with views of the sea.

The Villa is Air conditioned throughout and has an open planned ground floor allowing for interaction from all sections of the ground floor of the Kitchen, Dining area and large lounge.

The bedrooms on the first floor have access to a very large roof terrace with great sea and mountain views.

The villa is not currently suitable for Wheelchair access as 2 steps need to be traversed to access the villa. However, once inside the ground floor is all on one level.

1. Double Bedroom with en-suit bathroom and built in wardrobes on ground floor, air conditioning unit.

2. Twin bedrooms on first floor with built in wardrobes, both with air conditioning units.

A separate family bathroom on 1st floor with bath and shower above, hand basin and WC

The Kyrenia region

There are 10 - 15 beaches between the villa and the local town. They vary in size and quality, from free access to around £5. Escape beach is particularly scenic as there is an island in the bay that you can swim out to. The water is blue and just over waste height. There are more beaches further up the beach such as Alagadi or Turtle Beach. Turtles are a big attraction for the local people when they are in season.

There are a number of beaches close to the villa within a short drive that have a number of facilities such as Jet Skiing, Banana boat, Para Sailing and Scuba Diving.

All of these beaches can be found off the main road into Kyrenia.

Markets
Kyrenia on Wednesdays and Guzelyurt on Saturdays.

Golf
There are 2 golf clubs in Northern Cyprus the CMC Golf Club in Guzelyurt and a newly opened golf club in Esentepe called Korineum Golf and Country Club. Both are less than an hours drive from Karsiyaka. This 72 par course is designed for golfers of all standards. The paspalm playing surface has well placed bunkers and water hazards

Kyrenia Harbour
Located in the beautiful and richly historic town of Kyrenia in northern Cyprus, Kyrenia Harbour is a small but charming place, where you will find everything from calm ambiance and soothing atmosphere to beautiful views and stunning surroundings. The harbour is filled with yachts and boats, and the landscape is somewhat dominated by the fascinating Kyrenia Castle. Within the harbour are a vast number of Bars and Restaurants to choose from.

Flights can be arrange from all major airports and flights using Pegusas Airline will fly to Ercan airport. Which is about 45 mins to villa.

Flights to Larnaca airport (South Cyprus) is about 1.5 hours to villa and car hire company will arrange pick up from airport to take you to the villa as part of the cost
