A fully equipped modern kitchen with traditional turkish wooden units. Walk up the curved marble staircase to the landing with doors leading to the extensive balcony with sea and mountain views. Perfect for entertaining or sunbathing. The master bedroom (on the 1st floor) with it's en suite is double aspect overlooking the pool and the sea with a pitched beamed ceiling and double doors to the large balcony, ideal for that leisurley breakfast. Downstairs are 2 bright, light double aspect twin bedrooms with a range of wardrobe space and family style bathroom.

The Kyrenia District
Northern Cyprus is the perfect relaxed holiday location. This unspoilt region has a wonderful climate. April and May are simply beautiful. Hot summers where the warmth continues right through to November. Even the winter months are fairly mild. Why not try a winter break with over 300 days of sunshine a year.
North Cyprus is steeped in history with plenty to see from monasteries, churches to castles.
The harbour town of Kyrenia is absolutely magnificent. The crescent shaped harbour has the most amazing atmosphere. A perfect place to dine day or night. Sit back with a drink and watch the boats or take a trip yourself on an extensive choice of large wooden boats. Be spoilt for the day with plenty to eat and drink while you gently cruise along the beautiful coastline. Moor up in one of the stunning bays and take a swim in the warm crystal clear waters. Plenty of shops to suit every taste from designer fashion to a hugh selection of watches and gold / silver jewellery
Karsiyaka area
Just 20 minutes drive west from Kyrenia is the delightful village of Karsiyaka. We chose this stunning location for it's rural setting surrounded by a variety of olive and fruit trees yet close to the sea with amazing views of the five finger mountain range. Walk to the local traditional shops, where the locals drink their turkish coffee or buy your groceries in the many supermarkets. A short drive to an extensive choice of superb restaurants.
How to get there
Flights to Northern Cyprus are available from various UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast & Glasgow and go via Turkey. The journey from Ercan airport is about 45 minutes. Information and advice on booking flights are available from owners. Alternatively, you can fly direct into Larnaca in the South and we can arrange a taxi transfer direct to the villa which takes 1.5hrs. Car hire is recommended and a vehicle can be delivered to the villa or picked up at Ercan airport. Rates are competitive. Our managing agent will meet with you at the villa and answer any queries you may have.

Further details indoors: The house has been tastefully furnished to a high standard. The bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort. Two sets of french doors from the lounge open onto the undercover terrace, rear garden, pool and front terrace.
Further details outdoors: The large 10 x 5m pool is managed by a local pool company during your stay. The shallow end is suitable for young children. The extensive patio area has sun lounges, parasols, table and chairs. Shaded areas are available. The perfect outdoor living space day or night. The front gated drive is gravelled with parking available for several cars. The villa is surrounded by stone walls.

Our management people will meet you on your first day. Ask about our welcome pack. Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Sheets and towels are changed weekly.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR LARGE PARTIES The 2 houses next door are also available for rent and we can therefore arrange to accommodate extended families/parties of friends.
Please supervise your children around the pool.
Conditions
A refundable deposit of £100 against breakages is required.
