The Europa Sportregion lift pass allows access to the Schmittenhoe Mountain in Zell am see and to Salzburg’s only glacier – the Kitzsteinhorn, located in Kaprun, a short drive from the house. At 3,000m the glacier provides all year round skiing for the enthusiastic skiers.

Kaprun / Piesendorf area
Superbly situated in a picturesque location with easy access to the ski areas of Zell am See and to Salzburg’s only glacier – the Kitzsteinhorn, located in Kaprun. Only a short stroll to the village centre of Piesendorf, with its selection of supermarkets, restaurants, banks and tourist information office.
Ideally located for both winter and summer holidays with its proximity to the ski slopes, cycling trails, golf. sailing, mountain walking trails; a few of the varied activities that the region has to offer.
How to get there
Fly direct to nearest Airport – Salzburg (SZG 60.7 km North of Piesendorf). Chalet Piesendorf is only 1hr drive from airport. Car hire is available at the airports from all major car rental companies.
