The Famagusta District
The Famagusta district is located on the South Eastern coast of Cyprus. Areas include Kapparis, Paralimni, Protaras, Cape Greco, Ayia Napa and Deryneia.
Cyprus enjoys approximately 330 days of sunshine a year. You should take advantage of this by enjoying some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters which are located on the eastern part of the island.
The popular resort of Protaras and the beautiful, famous Fig Tree Bay are only 10 minutes by car. For nature lovers Cape Greco and Konnos Bay are just a short drive away. If a livelier atmosphere is more to your liking then Ayia Napa is only a 12 to 15 minute drive. Ayia Napa is famous for it's bustling night life and stunning beach - Nissi Beach. It also boasts Europe's largest themed water park - Waterworld.
There is also a bus service that runs from Kapparis to Ayia Napa and has regular stops including Protaras.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Armonia Exclusive Resort is so perfectly located - whether you want to relax on the terrace or by the pool, lay on the beach, swim in the warm sea or whether you would like to try one of the many activities here. You can be as active as you want with watersports, quad-biking all available nearby. There are also numerous bars within walking distance of the apartment-you'll have plenty to choose from.
The closet beach to the apartment is Firemans Cove. It is about 20 minutes walk from the apartment and is great for sunbathing and swimming. There is also stunning walks along the coastline to a number of beaches and coves.
Enjoy the exclusive area of Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras. This area is developing quickly. Here you’ll find great tavernas and also some very chic little restaurants. Pernera is adjacent to Kapparis, and also offers a great selection of bars and restaurants all at very affordable prices.
Paralimini which is less than 5 minutes drive, is authentic Cyrpus, with locals going about life much as they have for centuries. The old square is home to a host of chic cafes. There is also a choice of bars and beautiful boutiques. In the centre of the town lies a beautiful catholic church and an array of fountains. Paralimni also has it's own Marks & Spencer so you will feel home from home.
Within five minutes drive from the apartment is Protaras. This is a great family resort including plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Watersports and bike hire are available from here.
Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away by car. Famous for its clubbing Ayia Napa is also very family friendly. Although if you do fancy clubbing, this is the place to come - head for 'the strip' to get a cab. A huge water park is also situated here and is a must for all the family.
20 minutes by car is Cape Greco - a local nature reserve, worth a visit for a stroll in the afternoon on the beach.Potamas Bay is round the bay past Cape Greko. The bay is just gorgeous, the beach here is miles of white sand. There is also a small fishing lane where you can watch the locals bring in the catch of the day. The traditional fish restaurant here is a great place to sit and eat the freshest of fish with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
How to get there
Kapparis is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport and 2 hours from Paphos. Taxi's are available but I would recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, for the cost of a two way taxi journey will almost off set the price of renting a car for a week, whereby guests will be able to make the most of their holidays.
The journey itself is incredibly easy, the airport is located next to the main A3 motorway linking Larnaca to the eastern side of the island, and ends at Ayia napa, from here Kapparis is approximately 10km.

The apartment can be cleaned during your stay and linen changed for an additional charge. If your stay is a minimum of 2 weeks, bed linen and towels will automatically be changed for no additional cost.
A welcome pack can be provided for your arrival to include essentials such as bread, milk, water and fruit etc - There will be a small charge for this service.

In this exclusive resort the residents will be able to enjoy the facilities of a large swimming pool with a smaller children’s pool, communal showers and WC. They will be able to relax and have a refreshing drink at the pool bar, exercise in its gym, enjoy the sauna and the children can have fun at the playground and its playroom.
All apartments have large spacious verandas, private parking and are positioned with view towards the sea and/or the swimming pool and the resort’s beautiful gardens. & the use of two mountain bikes

Non-refundable 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Due to the high qulaity of the furnishings a refundable security deposit of £150 is also requested to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure once the apartment has been checked for any damage or missing items.
Sorry no pets. Strictly no smoking in apartment but an ashtray will be provided for the veranda.
