Home description

Centrally located in Kapparis, our contemporary, first floor, two-bedroom apartment is on a small complex within a minutes' walk of shared pool, bars and restaurants. The supermarket is two minutes' walk while the beach is a little further - 15 minutes on a hot day! Ideal for chilling out. The busier resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are closeby, as are the Cypriot towns of Paralimni and Dheryneia.

The Famagusta District

We chose East Cyprus for its wonderful climate, friendly people and glorious beaches. The rest of Cyprus is easily accessible within a three hour drive, including the Troodos mountains. Visit the Cyprus Tourist Organisation website at www.visitcyprus.org.cy for much more information.

We provide a folder of brochures in the apartment, as well as a book on Cypriot wine!


Kapparis area

Kapparis is an ideal location for those who wish to escape the bustling tourist resorts which are a short drive away. There are ample amenities for a relaxing holiday and most bars and restaurants are open all year. Our apartment is centrally situated in Kapparis, meaning a short stroll to these facilities.

Please note that the Google Earth image in the Photo Gallery is using satellite images from 2003!

Evening entertainment is available, but on a small scale. No noisy discos!

45 minutes from Larnaca airport or two hours from Paphos airport. Full directions sent on booking.

Please note there is NO bus service through Kapparis.

You'll find a welcome pack on your arrival to avoid having to make that stop at the supermarket or 24 hour bakeries which stock the basics.

We added a few luxuries - granite worktops, washer/dryer, conical basin, internet access - and aimed to make the apartment as spacious as possible. For example, the dining table doubles in size if required. And the second bedroom has a two-in-one bed with the second single bed stored beneath it.

The balcony is shaded from around midday, which we find a boon in the summer.

We also provide a digital safety deposit box for peace of mind.

Further details outdoors:
The large, shared pool has a children's section and the pool bar serves snacks and drinks. There's also mini golf and children's entertainment, including a little go-kart track.
Please note: the access road to the complex has still to be completed.

We wanted to make our place affordable for one, two or three people who appreciate the luxury and space of a two bed apartment. Therefore, there are two tariffs. There is an inflatable bed for the occasional fifth visitor.


Conditions

Payment is by debit/credit card. Cheques are not accepted.

A refundable breakage deposit of £100.00 GBP is required.

Unless special arrangements are made, we asks that you arrive at the property after 3pm and leave before 10am.
