The Italian stile, quality and decor in this 3 bed penthouse has been extended to all rooms and kitchen, creating a feeling of difference and superiority in comfort and relaxation all trying to make your stay special.
From the veranda you can enjoy the sea views and the morning sun.

For those people that like to keep informed on their country`s news they can do so via satellite TV and WI-FI, enjoy a romantic film or music using the stereo system and the DVD player, candles are provided to create that special atmosphere.

Around the complex there is everything you need and a very short distance away,like the best beaches in Cyprus, restaurants and bars open all year round, the biggest water park in Europe located in Agia Napa just 15 min drive away, water sports, scooter and car hire, or you can use public transport(bus) that stops outside the complex( details of bus times in the apt).

The unique feature is the SPA were you can nourish your body, revitalize your mind,say goodbye to all that stress and tension accumulated at work, pamper your self head to toe with a vast choice of treatments( massage, body treatments, manicure, pedicure and hair salon) and for those with more energy there is the gym which is also free.

The Famagusta District

Southern Cyprus is famous for its warm climate, it boasts 340 days of sunshine a year, which makes it a favourite among sun worshipers. The Cypriot people are very warm and welcoming and they will make you feel right at home.

As in the U.K., they also drive on the left hand side of the road, which is very handy. There are many places of interest to see, from sightseeing in the Northern side (the ghost town of Famagusta), to the many beautiful and historic churches in the south.

For those who like walking, there is a coastal pathway which runs all the way to Cape Greko, a large National Park where the views are stunning, also accessible by car.

Kapparis / Paralimnia area

Kappari is a very up and coming area with bars and restaurants open all year round, there is various beaches all with the usual water sports.

The largest town in the area, Paralimnia it is about 2-3 miles away from the complex. Nearby resorts include Protaras (a lively resort great for families), and Ayia Napa (famous for its nightlife). Ayia Napa is also home to Nissi Beach, a beautiful beach which boasts Europe's largest themed water park.

How to get there

Get a direct flight from the UK main airports to Larnaca from various airline companies such as:

-Cyprus Airways
- Monarch
- easy jet
- ThomsonFly etc.

You can easily rent a car at Larnaca airport, using the usual car hire firms such as Budget, Alamo ,
economy cars etc.. or you can call me direct for a quote.

The apartment has a main bathroom ( bath and shower) and guest bathroom(shower) for that little extra comfort.
Towels and linen are provided.

A welcome pack will be at the apt on your arrival ( complimentary).

For your romantic evenings in you can relax on the veranda furnished with comfortable seating, enjoy that cognac and cigar and for the lady's that wonderful cold champagne. Loungers and parasols are available at the pools(free), there is a pool bar that serves drinks and snacks (beer and soft drinks) the food is cooked fresh daily( burger and chips, kebab, English breakfast).

Children can enjoy there own pool and play area.

Enjoy the tennis court(free) ( tennis rackets and balls are available in the apt for guests use).

The only facilities that are at extra cost are the SPA treatments, jacuzzi, salt cave and hammam.

Conditions

A £100 x week non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable with outstanding balance and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages .
