The 2 bedroom villa is 100m2 and nicely furnished in a modern style. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room & balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and also has its own en-suite shower room. Within a 2 minute walk you will find a variety of bars & restaurants including an Italian and traditional Cypriot taverns. The villa has easy access to the centre of Protaras being only a 5 min drive away. Housekeeping services are provided once a week however, more frequent visits can be arranged upon request.

Kapparis is in the eastern province of Famagusta, a quiet area with a beautiful coastline and leisurely lifestyle. You can visit the lively towns of Famagusta or Ayia Napa, or explore the characterful Cypriot fishing villages dotted along the coast. The area is great for both relaxing on the beach or for taking long walks in the picturesque countryside.
Kapparis area
Kapparis is a lovely beach side village near to Protaras and Paralimni. In summer a regular bus service is in operation. Kapparis has its own selection of bars and restaurants which are within easy walking distance of the villa.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca Airport. The villa is 40 KM from the airport. Taxi transfer or car hire is available.
