This newly developed five-star complex with superbly furnished apartment is situated in the beautiful area of Kapparis, this environment offers a unique and enjoyable experience with many extra facilities. This first floor apartment features an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and balcony. The superior standard of finish has been extended with Italian style, fully fitted kitchens with granite worktops and all necessary kitchen equipment. The lounge area has been tastefully furnished and equipped with a TV with free to air satellite; comfort is ensured with good quality lounge seating.
The bedrooms consist of one double bed and twin beds with built-in wardrobes and side tables for your convenience. A blow up double bed is available in the property which sleeps 2 children comfortably or one adult. Air-conditioning is installed throughout the apartment offering year round comfort. In keeping with the superior quality of furnishings, there are double glazed windows and detailed finishing touches.
Just off the lounge is a sunny balcony area, equipped with patio furniture seating up to four persons, perfect for enjoying al-fresco dining. There is also a portable BBQ available.
This apartment is positioned close to the shared swimming pool which is equipped with sun loungers for relaxation and a snack bar for refreshments. A baby paddling pool is also situated in the same area. The complex features an outstanding gym, wellness and spa centre with steam room, Jacuzzi, salt cave, hair and beauty salon and fitness club. Membership to the gym is complimentary, other facilities are at extra cost.

The Famagusta District
The south eastern corner of Cyprus boasts lots of golden sandy beaches with rugged headlands, whilst the scenery inland is equally as interesting the the its deep red soil and proliferation of windmills. The area remains relatively unspoilt and offeris the holiday maker plenty of variety.
Paralimni offers the chance to visit modern shops, old stores and to relax at one of the traditional coffee shops and old stores. The old women still wear the traditional black garb, the men sit outside the local coffee shops playing backgammon whilst in contrast the younger generation go by dressed in the local fashion.
The history, traditional villages, sun kissed beaches & quiet coves, coupled with Protaras and Ayia Napa offering a more upbeat atmosphere, make this a perfect holiday destination for all tastes.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Kapparis is fast becoming a much sought-after area, as it is just on the outskirts of the residential/ administrative town of Paralimni and the holiday resort of Protaras, where you can enjoy the peacefulness of its surrounding farming fields and quiet small beach coves dotted along it's coastline.
Historically, Kapparis was mainly a farming area, with its rich red soil that allows the harvesting of the delicious Cyprus potatoes that make their way to everyone’s table. There are still many plots of farmland dotted around where you can watch the slow easy growing of the seasonal fruits and vegetables, or you can visit the lovely beach cove of Ayia Triada with its small white church on a hill overlooking the beach and nature trail that leads to offer a spectacular view point across to the ghost town of Famagusta.
The beautiful, well renowned Fig Tree Bay is only a 5 minute drive away and Ayia Napa, only a 15 minute drive away. Paralimni town centre is a 5 minute drive and local buses stop directing outside the main entrance to the complex.

Only a 45 minutes (approx) drive from Larnaca Int Airport and 2hr minutes (approx) from Paphos Airport. We can send you detailed road directions on how to get to the apartment. The roads are exactly the same as in the U.K.
