This NEWLY built apartment is located on The Great Kings complex in the quiet town of Kapparis, around a 5 minute drive from Protaras and 15 minutes from the lively resort of Ayia Napa.
There are many beautiful sandy beaches in the area with crystal clear water; the closest being "Fireman's Cove" which is only around a 10 minute walk away. If you want to venture a little further the famous Fig Tree Bay is only a 10 minute drive away. Within walking distance there are also several bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines which remain open throughout the year.
The complex boasts a large lagoon-styled pool as well as a toddler pool. Luxury sunbeds and umbrellas are provided around the large pool area where you are able to relax and enjoy the sun. Toilet, shower and changing facilities are also provided as is a KIOSK which will be selling refreshments. Within the complex there is also a tennis court.

The Famagusta District
The district of Famagusta is located on the Eastern coast of Cyprus, which boasts many beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, ideal for either a relaxing or fun-packed holiday.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Locally there are many attractions and places to visit.
There is the traditional town of Paralimni close by which boasts a town square with three churches and an open air theatre. The most interesting church is the oldest. It is open to the public and now serves as a museum. Inside there is a collection of icons, religious robes and a few interesting old photos and portraits. For the tourist the shops are very good for ceramics. These range from licensed copies of ancient museum pieces to modern original creations. Prices are cheaper than nearby Protaras. Not far from Paralimni is the village of Dherinia. Apart from three interesting churches Dherinia is best known for its views of the ghost city of Famagusta - once the major tourist resort of the island, now empty and under illegal Turkish Control.
Just adjacent to Paralimni is the holiday resort of Protaras. It has the magnificent golden Blue Flag beach which stretches for 10 miles or so shelving gently into the crystal clear Mediterranean, and further up and down the coast a choice of secluded coves and inlets for those wanting more privacy. There is a great selection of water sports available, including water skiing and jet skiing, snorkeling, diving and a host of others. There is a water park nearby that proves popular with children of all ages. For shopping the town provides everything required by holidaymakers, from beach paraphernalia to souvenirs. To enjoy making the most of the local produce you should opt for one of the many open air seafood restaurants.
For those looking for something a little more lively, Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute car/taxi ride away. It has various places to visit, from its crystal waters, surrounding nature & museums, organised events to sporting activities. For the young there is the centre of Ayia Napa that caters for good night life with clubs and bars and if this is not to your requirements, on the outskirts you can find peace and tranquility. Ayia Napa is one of the most popular tourist spots in Cyprus. The soft golden sand of Ayia Napa's main beach, known as Grecian Bay, is washed by warm turquoise water and there are plenty of water sports available if you prefer to keep busy rather than simply stretch out on the sand.In addition to the beach at Ayia Napa there are numerous other beaches to choose from along the coast including some nice secluded coves. The attractive old quarter of Ayia Napa Town features narrow cobbled streets and little shops where you can pick up a few souvenirs such as traditional leather goods, pottery or lace. Much like the bar scene, Ayia Napa holidays give you plenty of restaurants to choose from, serving all kinds of tasty dishes. In addition to the Greek cuisine you will find a whole host of international food on offer.

How to get there
The closest international airport is Larnaca (LCA) which is around a 40 minute drive away.
An alternative airport is Paphos (PFO) which is around a 2 hour drive away.

Airport transfers can be arranged and cost around 55 Euros from Larnaca or 150 Euros from Paphos.
Alternatively you may prefer to hire a car. A good website to try is economycarrentals.com and offer very good rates. They will meet you at the airport, which is where you can also drop-off your car.
As in the UK, the cypriots drive on the left side of the road and the road signs are the same; making driving easy.
Public transport is easily accessible and throughout the Summer months there is a frequent bus service which runs to the nearby tourist towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa. There are also buses to Paralimni.

The lounge area has a large 3 seater leather sofabed as well as a further 2 seater sofa, providing accommodation for up to 8. Satellite TV is also available. The balcony can be accessed from the lounge area.
The master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom, has a king-sized bed and bedside tables with lamps.

Conditions
For each week booked, a £150 GBP non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. On receipt of this a letter of confirmation will be sent.
The outstanding balance must be paid no less than 8 weeks before the rental period starts. If this payment is not received we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the booking is cancelled. The deposit may be refunded if we are able to re-let it.
On arrival you will be met by a representative who will take a 150 Euro "Breakage" deposit. On inspection at departure this will be returned to you providing no damage is found.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
A lift is available to provide wheelchair access to the apartment.
