Kishna Villa is located just 10 minutes’ walk from Fireman's Beach and only a 5 minutes walk away are bars, shops and restaurants. Kapparis is quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes drive to the more lively resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
The villa benefits from its own private swimming pool, barbecue, external shower and a garden. With one king size and one twin bedroom. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Famagusta District
The town of Larnaca is 40 minutes drive away and provides many interesting features. The Troodos Mountains provide stunning scenery, with tranquil surroundings and are two hours away. The port of Limmasol can be reached in one hour 15 minutes. The capital of Cyprus, Nicosia can be reached in two hours.
Cyprus is one of the hottest islands' in the Mediterranean, with an average 326 days of sunshine per year, with most rain falling between December - February. During June, July and August the temperature is usually above 30 degrees celsius. The crystal clear sea around Cyprus is warm from May until the end of October.
Kapparis area
There are bar & restaurants just 200 metres from Kishna Villa but all essentials such as supermarkets and banks are available locally. Taxis & public transport are easily accessible, but most facilities are a short walk away. The roads in Cyprus are the same as the UK, they drive on the left, so car hire is also an option.
The majority Cypriots speak good English.
The lively holiday town of Protaras is approx 3 Km away, where there you will find an extensive choice of bars, restaurants, nightclubs, beaches and your essential tourist shops.
The traditional towns of Paralimni ( approx 3Km away ) and Kapparis have some fantastic traditional bars and restaurants as well as fully equipped supermarkets, gift shops, clothes shops, electrical shops etc.
Ayia Napa is approx a 15 minute drive away.
There are several clean beaches along the coastline with wonderful clear blue waters and water sports availability. A good view of the famous ghost town 'Famagusta' can be seen from a viewpoint 5 minutes from the Villa.

How to get there
Fly direct to Larnaca airport and drive to the villa, which is approx 45Km away. You can either take a taxi or hire car from the airport.
The taxi fare is approximately £65 each way. When booking your holiday discuss these options with the owner who can help arrange any of these for you.

A 10% discount is given for 2 week rentals outside of the peak season. Long term winter/spring rentals welcome at reduced rates, please contact us with your requirements.
Conditions
We regret that we will not accept bookings for all male or all female groups. Our villa caters for families and mixed couples only. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a booking has been made and not disclosed.
We will require a deposit of 20% (non refundable) and £200 breakages deposit (refundable) at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
A non-smoking policy is adopted in our villa and ask that you respect this request for the benefit of our other guests.
Change over days are flexible please discuss your requirements when booking. We do however ask you vacate the villa by 12.00 midday to allow us to get the villa ready for the next guests.
Car hire or transfers to and from the airport can be arranged and need to be booked when paying the balance; please ask for details when booking.
