Kapparis has a lovely coved beach and plenty of bars, restaurants and tavernas to enjoy in the evenings. A peaceful beach resort to relax and unwind and ideally located for the more lively resorts of Protoras and Ayia Napa.

The Famagusta District
This region is famous for its amazing climate and boasts 340 days of sunshine a year making it a firm favourite for sun worshipers. It has some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches with turquoise waters on the island.
For the more active there are plenty of watersports and the largest water park in Europe found in Ayia Napa, you can go walking and cycling through the stunning scenary of the Cape Greco National park(also accessible by car) or visit the Trodos Mountains.
Other sites include the Ghost town of Famagusta, the local zoo and beautiful historic squares and churches. I don't know if you can include the nightlife in Ayia Napa as a sight as well! maybe just sore eyes!! Sorry but I am an Optician.
Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Kapparis is a quiet coastal village close to the towns of Protoras and Paralimni. It is peaceful and picturesque making it perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday with amenities nearby. Kennedy ave is a 10 minute walk away which has lots of bars,restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There is a very nice bakery that serves freshly made bread, croissants and cakes which is a favourite of ours.
The local beaches which are about 1km away are unspoilt and quieter than at the larger resorts of Protoras and Ayia Napa. They provide you with shallow waters and rock pools ideal for children and have romantic sunsets.
The traditional town of Paralimni ( 5 minute drive) has nice cafes and bakeries set around the main town square as well as traditional restaurants.
The nearby resort of Protoras (10 minute drive) is a lively resort with a luna park which has crazy golf and amusements popular with children. It also has the famous Fig Tree bay beach.
Ayia Napa (15 minute drive) has everything you could expect from a busy beach resort and more including the water park, great beaches and nightlife.
Overall the apartment is ideally located to relax and unwind but a car is recommended to get full value of what the region has to offer.
How to get there
Larnaca Airport(LCA) is the nearest airport and is about 45 mins all motorway drive away. The apartment is very easy to get to because you essentially drive along the coast. Driving in Cyprus is easy, they drive on the left (as in uk) and road signs are in English and Greek. Very clear directions will be provided prior to departure.
If you prefer not to drive, there are taxis available at the airport and they should cost about 50 Euro or we can arrange an airport pick up.

Conditions
Ground floor and close proximity to entrance make it ideal for elderly/children. Close proximity to pool is an advantage for young families. £50 per week non-refundable deposit will secure booking. £200 deposit required against damage which will be returned after 10 days as long as the apartment is left in a reasonable condition and the keys are returned. Full payment within 8 weeks before date or travel.

We had a great time relaxing by the pool, playing with the kids and just forgetting about the rest of the world - a fab place to just recooperate! Apartment was very clean, all mod cons available, and very peaceful! we had a lovely time in cyprus, the apartment was lovely i was very impressed. As we went on holiday with small children i was a bit anxious as safety is key. but the apartment was very child friendly as well as beautiful, and was well equipped and well thought out even had a garlic press!! lol The view from the balcony and master bedroom was fantastic! i loved it so much that we would like to book with you for july! - SHARON MAY'09
Had a fantastic time. The apartment has fantastic facilities and is very spacious. The views are great and the kids could just play in the pool whilst we watched from the terrace. looking to come again next year and would definetly recommend it - Steve April '09.
