This ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area is just off the main road which offers numerous shops, bars & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment has its own fully enclosed private terrace (ideal for small children) and has access to a communal pool whilst the local beach (Firemans Beach) is just 5 minutes walk away and a short walk along the coastal path will reveal many other quiet and secluded bays all with crystal clear waters.
The long white sandy beaches around the family resort of Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay and the lovely Connos Bay at Cape Greco, are just a short 10 minutes drive away whilst the larger livelier town of Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away.
This is an ideal location with facilities and beaches right on your door step but also within easy reach of the neighbouring towns of Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa adding to the variety on your holiday.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta District has a lot to offer as it encompasses Kapparis, Parlalimni, Protaras, Cape Greco and Ayia Napa to name just the most well know locations. Within this area there is more than enough to see and do to keep even the most active holiday makers busy for their whole time on this beautiful island.
The administrative capital of the area, Paralimni, provides a combination of the old and new side by side whilst Protaras is a lively family orientated resort benefiting from the best white sandy beaches on the island and Ayia Napa has a multitude of attractions from bars, nightclubs and restaurants to wonderful beaches, a water park and museums - enough to keep anyone occupied.
Kapparis area
Kapparis is a rapidly up and coming area and is now a resort in it's own right with the main road (Kennedy Avenue) through the area providing a selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located just off the coast. The nearest beach to the apartment, Firemans Beach, is an easy 5-10 minute stroll away and if you follow the coastal path you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. Kapparis is a quiet resort giving you the chance to escape and relax yet is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively.
The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, are just 10 minutes away by car. In addition to the wonderful beaches, Protaras is a lively family orientated resort and is often considered to be the smaller relation of Ayia Napa which has everything on a larger and more lively scale, including the famous Nissi Beach and one of the largest water parks in Europe. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive/ taxi away. The town of Paralimni is just 2 kms away and offers a more traditional view of Cyprus.
How to get there
Direct flights to Cyprus are available from a number of UK airports. Cyprus has two international airports although Larnaca airport, which is just 65kms (40 minutes drive) is the closest. The other airport, Paphos, is at the opposite end of the island but is still only two hours drive away.
Regular and convenient schedule flights to Larnaca are operated by British Airways (www.britishairways.com), Cyprus Airways (www.cyprusairways.com) and by Monarch Airways (www.flymonarch.com) who will be introducing new flights from Gatwick, Heathrow & Birmingham for the 2009 season. Numerous charter flights are also readily available.
Hiring a car is recommended to enable you enjoy all that the island has to offer and a number of hire car companies are based at the airport. If you prefer to only hire a car for part of your holiday numerous hire companies are based in Kapparis, Pernera, Protaras and Paralimni so hiring a car for holiday is not a problem although it is often easier to book in advance to save time.
For those not wishing to hire a car, or those wishing to hire at a later stage, taxis are always available at the airport to take you to your apartment.

Air conditioning/heating units in every room. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, kettle & toaster.
The dining area has a table with seating for six whilst the open plan living area has leather sofa seating for 4 (including a double sofa bed), coffee table with TV and DVD player and opens out through double patio doors onto the fully enclosed private terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
The apartment sleeps maximum of 6 using both bedrooms and the sofa bed.

You must vacate the property by 11am on the departure date unless other prior arrangements have been agreed.
Discount for long winter lets of one month or longer (between December & March).
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.
