The Famagusta District
This part of Cyprus is open all year round. The viewing tower is only 5 minutes walk away where you can view the ghost town of Famagusta. The area has a number of wonderful churches that you can look around . The town of Paralimini has a number of excellent shops so you can buy that special gift.
Kapparis area
Kapparis is fast becoming a resort in it's own right with the main road ( Kennedy avenue) running through the town, providing a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops.
It is ideally situated on the south east coast of this beautiful island . The area having some of the most wonderful white sandy beaches that the island has to offer. A number of these beaches are within walking distance and if you follow the coastal paths you will find a host of secluded bays with crystal clear waters. Kapparis is a quiet resort giving you the chance to relax, yet it is close to larger resorts if you prefer something livelier. The long white sandy beaches at Protaras including 'fig tree bay' are only 7 minutes away in the car. In addition to these fabulous beaches Protaras is a lively family orientated resort with plenty of entertainment for young and old including one of Europe's largest water parks
How to get there
Flights to Larnaca with Cyprus Airways, Thomson, Easy Jet, Thomas Cook and Monarch. Kapparis is an easy 40 minute drive from the airport. We can arrange for you to pick up a hire car at the airport or it can be dropped off at the apartment. We can arrange for a pick-up and drop off service if you prefer.
