Thea Court is located just ten minutes’ walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of Cyprus's best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Protaras and Ayia Napa and ten minutes from area capital Paralimn. The house has easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The house benefits from its two communal pools, Leading from the kitchen is secluded rear patio,furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Famagusta District
Close to to border with Northern Cyprus, Famagusta boasts numerous safe sandy beaches for young and old alike. There are a wide selection of restaurants, ranging from typical local tavernas serving local specialities to those of a more discerning taste including Indian, Italian and Thai to mention just a few, Alonside these there are now many upmarket Coffee Bars where people can sit and take in the sun and watch the world go by.
There are a wide variety of shops, including those selling designer clothes,shoes and handbags,also those selling traditional wares. There is also a local market every week in the heart of Ayia Napa. It is now possible to cross the border into Northern Cyprus to view the old ruins of Famagusta as it was in the 1970's which sits alongside the new hotels that have now been built. Put together with the almost all year round sunshine you have a recipe for the ideal family holiday.
Kapparis area
Firemans Beach is one of the beaches closest to our townhouse, being only a short ten to fifteen minute walk, just along the beach and into the next cove where the Malamar apartments are there are facilities for Parasailing, Jet Skiing and Water Skiing, Pedaloes.
Also available to hire in Kapparis are Quads, Mopeds and Cycles. Car Hire is readily available at good rates within Kapparis.Most of the local Hotels and Apartments are quite happy for you to use their swimming pools and all other associated facilities free of charge.
The restaurants in Kapparis are varied ranging from Local Tavernas serving freshly caught fish to the upmarket Italian Restaurant offering sumptuous Risottos and Pasta Dishes which are second to none.If shopping is your thing then a short ride into Paralimni the local commercial centre, there are a wide variety of Designer Shops, including numerous shoe shops and even a small Marks and Spencers.

Regular flights into Larnaca by BA, Air Cyprus, Monarch and XL from all major airports across UK and Eire.
Car hire and airport collections available from Julianna Rentals (owners can arrange this direct).
