Paradise Complex is located just '5 minutes’ walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the village. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 7 minutes drive from the larger resort of Protaras, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This luxury spacious apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is fully air conditioned/heated throughout. The apartment has a shared pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is one of Europes largest water parks just 15 minutes drive from the apartment, great for the kids & the young at heart.

The Famagusta District

This part of Cyprus is open all year and has sunshine 100% of the time. There is the viewing tower only 5 minutes walk away to view the ghost town of Famagusta. The area has many wonderful churches to look round. Paralimni has many excellent shops where you can find that special gift to take home with you.

Kapparis / Paralimnia area

Kapparis is a rapidly up and coming area and is now a holiday resort in it’s own right, with the main road(Kennedy Avenue) running through the area, providing a selection of restaurants, bars and shops and is ideally
located on the east coast of the island. The area has some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches Cyprus has to offer, some of which are within easy walking distance, and if you follow the coastal paths you will discover a host of secluded bays all with crystal clear waters. Kapparis is a quiet resort giving you the chance to escape and relax, yet is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. The long white sandy beaches at Protaris, including the famous “Fig Tree Bay” are just 7 minutes away by car. In addition to the wonderful beaches Protaris is a lively family orientated resort with plenty of excitement for the young and old alike, including one of Europe’s largest water parks.

How to get there

Flights to Larnaca with Cyprus Air, Easy Jet, Thompson Holidays and First Choice. Kapparis is only 40 minutes drive from the airport at Larnaca. We can arrange for a hired car to be at the airport on your arrival from Thisvi car hire, at very competative rates (this is the car hire company we use when we are in Cyprus) or there is all the popular car rental companies offices at the airport. We can also arrange a pick-up and drop off service from and to the airport if you do not wish to drive while on holiday.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee due when booking your dates to secure booking.

Balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
