The Famagusta District

The apartment is approximatley a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The local bus service stop is approxmately 6-8 minutes walk, where for Euro 1.50 you can go to Paramlimni, Protaras or Ayia Napa.

You will find the best beaches on the island here as well as all sorts of family holiday activities. Unlike larger resorts Kapparis remains open throughout the year and offers all the amenities that you are likely to need. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, the nearest of three local beaches is within a ten minute walk. Drive 5 minutes to reach the traditionally Cypriot town of Paralimni with it's lovely historic centre and shopping opportunities. Kapparis is just a short drive from the border, making trips across to Northern Cyprus a possibility during your stay.

Kapparis itself has grown into a lovely little resort over the past few years due to the ongoing development of the Island. Many of the new homes that have been built around the village are now permanent homes for the English who love to retire to Cyprus. The irony is that although one of the smaller and lesser known resorts Kapparis is becoming the centre of activity in the Famagusta area during the winter months too. In fact there are more shops and restaurants staying open right through the year in Kapparis than in all the other resorts put together.

You would need a car for sight-seeing.
For going to the shops and beach this is not necessary as they are only 2-3 and 4-5 minutes walk away.
We can also arrange airport transfers for only CYP 20.00 each way.
Also car hire (if available) an Opal Astra with a/c from only Cyp 12.00 per day including insurance, providing you have a full driving licence, and are between the ages of 25 to 65.
We can also offer excellent rates if you would like to hire limosine for the evening.

Conditions

You should first either e-mail or telephone us with details of the accommodation you wish to reserve, together with the dates. We will then check availability and provisionally reserve the property. This will provisionally reserve the apartment for 5 working days.

If you wish to go ahead with your booking, you must request a Booking Form + Terms & Conditions, which we will post to you. You must then complete the 'Booking Form' and return it to us together with your key/deposit cheque.

Please note; we must receive your Booking Form and all appropriate payments within 5 working days of dispatch of the 'Booking Form + Terms & Conditions', otherwise your provisional booking will not be confirmed.

Full payment must be made at any time, up to 3 months before your departure date. Failure to remit full payment could result in the loss of your deposit. If booking within 3 months of departure full payments must be made with the return of the booking form.

Key/s will send by registered post 14-30 days before your departure, once your full payment has been made. Keys must be returned by registered post before your deposit can be returned. Please check all details on the 'Booking Form + Terms & Conditions' . If you have any queries you must contact us immediately.

Hi Martin

Sorry about the delay in confirming the dates for your flat in Cyprus. As I mentioned on the phone to you we have booked flights for the 19th October at 2215 hrs arriving in Larnaca at aprox 0500 hrs. Our return flight is booked for 1800 hrs on the 26th October. I trust these times and date are still OK.

We enjoyed ourselves so much last time that we are both looking forward to returning later this year.
