Home description
The apartment itself has a large balcony area which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom and has a nice amount of space so the apartment is ideal for couples or families looking for space and privacy.
The complex has two communal salt water pools, better for the tan and more healthy - ideal for children as there are two pools to choose from. Moving in to the living room, the living room overlooks the patio area. With comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player and coffee table for relaxing nights home. The kitchen is spacious, with granite worktops and all facilities to offer, including a washing machine. The dining area seats six people comfortably.
If you are not looking to hire a car, then within 15minutes on foot you are within Kapparis centre where you can find plenty of amenities and from there you can access the beaches.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus is known as the island of love and boasts so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze. The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement...
Kapparis area
Kapparis is a smaller version of Protaras, with a selection of restaurants, ranging from traditional cuisine and settings to Italian and Chinese all offering something different. Kapparis follows the coast line allong, so there are a variety of beaches / coves to choose from including the famous "firemans" beach and Kermia beach, down to Ayia Triada Harbor and beach.
Kapparis also offers shops, hairdressing salons and coffee shops. If this isnt enough, then Protaras is a short taxi / bus journey or car ride away, getting you there within 4minutes. Or if you are up for a night on the town, Ayia Napa is also very close by, about ten minutes by car. However, for those who wish to experience some more traditional lifestyles, Paralimni is close by, 2 minutes by car you are in the centre of Paralimni, surrounded by culture and traditions along with places to eat, shop and just stop for a drink...
Not forgeting there is a children's water park in Pernera, mini golf, bowling, water sports, nature trails, tennis courts and much much more to keep every member of the family happy and all within a close drive.
Staying in Kapparis is ideal all year round as everything stays open, plus you get to see everything Cyprus has to offer, especially in the main but older town of Paralimni.
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays. Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

There are two communal swimming pools, both pool areas are secluded by fences and gates for safety.
The pools are salt water pools instead of chlorine pools so in a sense more healthy for you. The complex also has undercover parking available and the colours the building is painted are relaxing and calming in themselves.
