The owners are pleased to welcome you to their high specification one bedroomed and newly furnished apartment, located within walking distance of the beach where you can enjoy swimming, snorkelling or simply lazing.
The apartment benefits from reversible air-conditioning and a lift. It also has two pools on site, one of which is adjacent to the apartment. You can take a glass of wine on to the balcony and watch the sun set behind the Northern Cyprus mountains.
It is a few minutes walk to the local bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a pleasant evening out or a visit to the local supermarket for a quiet evening in.
Protaras is a ten minute drive away, and Ayia Napa 20 minutes, where you can party the night away!

The Famagusta District

Famagusta is a district in south east Cyprus, with temperatures ranging from 14C/57F in January to 45C/113F in August. The main rainfall occurs between December and March. There is no rainfall between June and September.
The Cultural Centre of occupied Famagusta is at Dherynia along with the Famagusta viewpoint


Kapparis area

Kapparis (Greek for capers) is in a peaceful and picturesque locality within easy access of the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance
There is a Post Office at Paralimni and a reasonably priced supermarket. The Senso cafe near the churches is a good place to go for a bite to eat and watch the world go by.
There is an Ocean Aquarium and Water Park at Protaras and Water World Waterpark at Ayia Napa
There are many sandy beaches and coves to be found in the area
Scuba Diving and snorkelling can be found at Protaras and Ayia Napa
Watersports are nearby at Konnos Bay, between Protaras and Cavo Greco
A lot of the villages have their own festivals during August

British Airways from Heathrow
Cyprus Airways from Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, Birmingham and Manchester
Monarc airlines from Luton, Gatwick and Manchester
XL fly from Luton and Manchester during summer months and is a favourite with divers as they get extra baggage allowance
Various charter flights also fly to Larnaca

This recently constructed complex, built to a high standard will enjoy the benefits of 2 swimming pools, one of which is adjacent to the apartment. However, there is only one functioning pool at present, located behind Block 12. The completed landscaping is expected to be in place during 2009.


Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 20% must be paid with initial booking. Balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to departure.
Breakages should reported and paid for.
Whilst smoking is not permitted in the apartment, there is no objection to smoking on the balcony
