Home description
The apartment was completed in March 2007and has been furnished to a high standard throughout. Marble entrance foyer with lift access to our first floor apartment .There are only six apartments in the block..
There is a large open plan kitchen and living area that leads onto a balcony ideal for outdoor dining.which overlooks the pool area. Guests have access to the outdoor pool where sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge.
The apartment is situated in the brand new Kyklades complex close to the Kapparis Strip. There is a sandy beach a 10-minute walk away The main restaurants are on the Kapparis Strip a 5-10 minute walk away.
Larnaca and the international airport are approximately 50 minutes by car (one parking space is allocated for the apartment). A short drive away is Protaras which lies in Fig Tree Bay, one of the best bays in Cyprus. Sitting on the south east coast of the island, the tourist destination of Protaras is blessed with crystal blue waters, endless secluded coves, sandy beaches and picturesque traditional windmills.

Kapparis area
Kapparis is a lovely resort, perfect for relaxing yet close to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. Kapparis has a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is Firemans Beach, just a 10 minute stroll away, ideal for an early morning swim.
The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, are just 10 minutes away by car. In addition to the wonderful beaches, Protaras is a lively family orientated resort quiter than it's neighbour Ayia Napa which has everything on a larger and more lively scale, including the famous Nissi Beach and one of the largest water parks in Europe. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive/ taxi away. The town of Paralimni is just 2 kms away and has a lovely square where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Air conditioning/heating units in every room. The dining area has a table and seating for 4 whilst the open plan living area has a sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table with TV and DVD player. This opens out through double patio doors onto the balcony with outside table and chairs for dining al fresco. There are 2 bedrooms, each with twin single beds and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The apartment sleeps maximum of 4 using both bedrooms
Further details outdoors: The pool is a few meters from the apartment where there are toilet and changing facilities .There is an allocated parking space outside. There is a tennis court and gym with spa facilities.These are the only facilities of there kind on this side of the island. They include Salt Cave and Jacuzzi . The gym is free for all people resident in property during duration of holiday. Spa treatments can be booked. A second pool and children's pool are now available . They are located about 100 meters from the apartment. A pool bar also serves this pool

A welcome pack can be arranged on arrival.A mid-stay clean can be arranged . There is also an English-speaking manager on hand to answer any questions you may have during your stay. The management company are on call 24 hours per day and their office is on site.
Conditions
25% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages as advised by the local management agent.
