Home description

Blue Electra is a new development located in the relatively quiet village of Kapparis, approximately 2 miles north of Protaras town. This 3 bedroom apartment is on the first floor and includes 3 balconies, one of which is overlooking the communal pool; great for keeping an eye on the kids whilst sipping a glass of beer or wine and watching the sun set on the horizon.

The nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk away but there are many other quiet and secluded bays along the coast all with crystal clear waters. The family resort of Protaras, home to the famous Fig Tree Bay, is just a few minutes' drive away and for those wanting a more vibrant place in which to party Ayia Napa is a short taxi ride.

The Famagusta District

Protaras, the tourist area of Paralimni, is one of the loveliest areas of Cyprus extending along the eastern coast of Paralimni.

Transfer time from Larnaca airport is a 45 minute drive. To get the most out of your holiday we recommend hiring a car.

Conditions

To reserve the Property the Client should make a booking enquiry below, upon confirmation of availability make the payment of the non-refundable deposit (£150 GBP for each week booked). Following receipt of the deposit, the Owner will send a confirmation letter / e-mail. This is the formal acceptance of booking.

The balance including security deposit is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. If the Owner is able to re-let the Property the Owner may refund the deposit.

A security deposit of £150 is required to cover accidental damage to the Property or its contents. The Owner will refund the balance of the security deposit within 2 weeks
