Sundays Apartments is located close to stunning beach coves with crystal clear waters for sun-bathing, swimming, water sports and fishing. The area is one of the few in Cyprus which is open all year round, with clear sunny days on most days thoughout the year. The atmosphere on resort is very relaxed and laid back which makes it the ideal place for a chill out holiday. Perfect romantic get away for a couple in a quiet and peaceful location. This is a BRAND NEW Apartment - recently renovated.
The apartment benefits from being in a circular private complex with around a large communal pool. The complex has an independent bakery, cafe, hairdresser, wine bar and more... There is also easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out, pubs, supermarket, and internet cafe with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Even with so many amenities nearby the actual property and complex is very peaceful and private due to the low number of current residents and tenants, you'll virtually have a swimming pool to yourself (see photos) and little disturbance from others.
With luxury furnishings thorughout the large double bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the balcony over looking the communal pool. Large king sized bed and bed side drawers. Balcony has outdoor table and chairs and a beautiful view to the horizon.
Open kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The dining area has a stylish table and chairs to seat 4 adults, and can be expanded.
The living area has a leather 3 seater sofa bed and a leather 2 seater sofa. There is a coffee table and a flat screen TV with Satellite TV channels, and patio doors that also lead to the balcony over looking the pool. All utensils and linen are included in this Apartment just bring a beach towel to have a great holiday in the sun. DVD player and a large selection of movies when indoors and also to play CD music (through TV). Also equipped with Iron and Ironing Board.

Shared roof terrace with beautiful full views over Kapparis, Paralimni and over to Famagusta - also views over the whol horizon, coast and sea. Allocated car park is sheltered away from the sun. This is a No Smoking Apt - smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the apartment (e.g. Balcony).
Ideal for both a couple wanting to relax on a quiet holiday or a family with children. Balcony allows parents to watch their children over the pool area from the apartment. Currently a high number of apartments are empty and maintained by the developers on "2 yr guaranteed rentals", however I decided not to take the offer so I could use the apartment myself - therefore the complex and apartmetn is surprisingly peaceful!!

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta region is in South East Cyprus with nearby Protaras and Ayia Napa and is famous for its beautiful beaches of white sand, and pure blue waters.
Visitors can view the nearby Sea Cave formations and marvel at the clear blue sea. A wealth of relaxing options include an exploration through the peaceful monastery in Ayia Napa, wander ingaround the fishing harbour or try the nearby Potamos Creek. Varosia, the deserted ghost town unoccupied since 1974, is nearby. Visit the main lookout point at Deryneia or the museum within the town to learn more. Why not take a boat trip out and explore the surrounding area by sea? Cape Greco, is a beautiful area lying between Protaras and Ayia Napa, is ideal for walking or cycling.
Prior to the islands separation in 1974 the Famagusta area was the main destination for tourists and Cypriots to visit in Cyprus for their holidays (similar to popularity of Cornwall in the UK). The area has not changed since those times and the lovely dreamlike on the coves of Kapparis are a fair reflection of the more bustling days put with less visitors and tourists and perfect for those looking for a quiet holiday, with the opportunity to go to the livelier areas nearby (e.g. Paralimni, Protaras and Agia Napa).
The weather is sunny and warm all year round, with temperatures only really cooling off and days shortening during Dec and Jan, although the skies are still bright blue...
The city of Famagusta has a long history of rule by a variety of cultures which makes it of historical interest and well worth a visit. With many small villiages earning their livelihood on the famed "red soil" of the area. The Famagusta region has high level of farming activities which makes the region beautifully green and lush in the Springtime.
Kapparis area
Nestling along the coast close to the border with Northern Cyprus is the beautiful resort of Kapparis.
Kapparis has a warm sunny climate for most of the year and boasts some stunning coved beaches less than 5 minutes walk from the Apartment where you can relax next to the crystal blue Med. The nearest being Fireman's beach aptly named due to the location of the fire service training school at the top of the cliff. From here you can see right across to Famagusta resort with its empty hotels and deserted beach. The properties overlooking Fireman's beach and the coves are famous and so sought after that they are on a strip known as "Millionaires Row". Within walking distance from the apartment the coastline is scattered with sandy bays and coves which are often deserted. There are watersports incl. SCUBA diving and Jet ski at Skoutari Beach, a fishing harbour at Ayia Triada Beach, and a romantic, Cypriot taverna overlooks Sirena Bay. Other snack bars are nearby for those lazy sun filled days of sunbathing and swimming.
Unlike places like Protaras and Agia Napa - the area is lively ALL YEAR ROUND, thanks to local residential tourists who live here the whole year round. Kapparis is a popular area although not too busy or noisy and perfect for a more relaxing holiday. The main road through Kapparis where the apartment is situated is home to several a la carte, high quality restaurants and over a dozen cafes and bars – in Summer you can eat out somewhere different locally every day for a fortnight.
There is a local bike rental shop and even a job centre, in the event you are looking for a long term stay. Opposite and nearby the complex are Italian, Chinese and local Tavernas serving wonderful Cypriot dishes / next to the apartment. There's plenty of Bars and Pubs on the doorstep and most show all major sporting events, have pool tables and one with a small video gaming area. There is a fully supplied supermarket across the road, with all “best of British” as well as Cypriot - including the simple niceties like UK newspapers.
At the north end of the village is the Famagusta Viewpoint ,a lookout tower where you can see across the border into the north and an information centre outlining the history of the divided Island,and a small Zoo, while at the south end is the Ocean Aquarium, which is worth a look, and whilst you are that end of town there is a lovely cove with a beautiful church overlooking the sea.
A few minutes drive (3km) or a bus ride will take you to the popular resort of Protaras which some more nice beaches on the Island including the lovely Fig Tree Bay. The main strip in Protaras has restaurants bars and clubs from all 4 corners of the globe and plenty of shops and boutiques. A little further takes you to Cape Greco with its stunning views and walks, and then on to the great resort of Ayia Napa which boasts the world famous Ayia Napa Water Park that will keep you entertained all day whatever the age.

The municipal town of Paralimni is 2 km away and is a traditional Cypriot town with a lovely centre and lots of shopping opportunities. You will find most activities somewhere in the locality.
Major motorways connect seamlessly to Kapparis giving easy access to the whole of Cyprus. Nicosia the capital of Cyprus is half an hours drive away and Larnaca airport is just over half an hour away. Pick up service from the Airport is available.

Kapparis is just 40 minutes by car from Larnaca airport.

Long term lets available at severely reduced rates - stays of 1 month or more outside of peak season = 35% discount.
To reserve dates, a reservation deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking. Please pay deposit 5 working days after query in order to ensure booking is held. This deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled at anytime.
Balance of total rental cost to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before occupancy commences. Late bookings within 6-8 weeks require 50% deposit. Bookings of less than one week's occupancy or 6 weeks before stay are to be paid in full at time of booking.
Changeover days are flexible. Generally - Check in after 3pm on day of arrival. Check out before 11am on day of departure (an earlier check in may be available if there is not a changeover on the same day). Dependent on availability please ask for preferred times.
FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit of £150 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys. .
Full pre-arrival clean. Linen and towels are refreshed weekly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The initial booking deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is possible to cancel the booking upto 2 weeks before the arrival date with the following refunds:
