This luxury 2 bed apartment is in a superb quiet and peaceful location yet only a couple of minutes walk from all the local shops, bars and restaurants. It sleeps six utilising the sofa bed in the lounge.
The pretty local beach is just a few minutes stroll away and the coastal path leads to several beautiful secluded coves with crystal clear waters that the area is famous for.
The apartment's balcony overlooks the stunning swimming pool whilst leading off the lounge area is a private secluded garden furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs...perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining.
Protaras and the famous Fig Tree Bay are a few minutes drive away offering a more upbeat atmosphere and livelier nightlife whilst Ayia Napa and all it has to offer including the famous water park are a mere 15 minutes away.

The Famagusta District
The south eastern corner of Cyprus has many golden sandy beaches with rugged headlands whilst inland the soil is deep red in colour and windmills abound. The area remains relatively unspoilt whilst offering the holiday maker plenty of variety.
Paralimni is the administrative centre for the Famagusta region. Here you will find modern shops alongside traditional coffee shops and old stores. The old women still wear the traditional black garb, the men sit outside the local coffee shops playing backgammon whilst in contrast the younger generation go by dressed in the local fashion.
The history, traditional villages, sun kissed beaches, quiet coves coupled with Protaras and Ayia Napa offering a more upbeat atmosphere make this a perfect holiiday destination for all tastes.
Kapparis area
Kapparis has numerous coves ideal for swimming, snorkelling and fishing in its beautiful clear waters.The beaches shelve gently into the sea making them ideal for children.
The coastal path leads to several tiny coves...just perfect for that getaway holiday! There are water sports available from one of the beaches nearby.
The village has all the amenities for a truly lovely holiday offering something for everyone. The shops are just around the corner whilst some of the best restaurants in the area are only a couple of minutes walk away.
Fig Tree Bay with it's long white beach is a short drive away in Protaras along with a huge variety of holiday attractions. Night life abounds here.Horse riding can be found nearby whilst golf enthusiasts can find the nearest golf course approx 30 minutes away.
How to get there
There are direct flights from many U K airports.There are 2 international airports on the island of Cyprus.
Larnaca Airport is the nearer and is just 65 km from the apartment. Paphos is worth considering as it is only 2 hours away.
The journey time from Larnaca is 45 minutes by car or taxi. Car hire is readily available from the airport and can be booked through www.easycar.com
For your convenience we can arrange personal taxi collection at a small extra charge which always proves to be very popular with our guests.

If required, Chris, our local taxi proprietor will provide personal taxi collection when you arrive. This is very popular with our guests since Chris is significantly cheaper than an airport taxi. Chris can also help with very cost effective car hire during your stay.
We offer a meet and greet service for all of our guests. Jill, our English representative, will meet you at the apartment upon arrival to welcome you and hand over keys, and will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
