A beautifully presented penthouse apartment offering cool contemporary living with coastal balcony views across Kapparis and its bright blue seas.
Fully equipped and spacious, this 2 bedroom home from home can sleep up to 6 people. There is a large communal pool and the local restaurants and shops are only a 2 minute walk away.
The bedrooms consist of one double bed, a twin bedded room, and a sofa bed in the lounge area to provide sleeping for up to 6 people. Split air conditioning is provided in each of the rooms for year round comfort.
The lounge area is modern, comfortable and equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player and Playstation2 with a selection of games. The lounge leads to a private light and airy balcony – an ideal place to take lunch or relax in the sun.

Kapparis / Paralimnia area
Kapparis is a quiet but up and coming town in Cyprus offering a relaxing atmosphere whilst benefiting from being close to livelier and larger resorts if the mood takes.
Kapparis itself has a good selection of shops, bars and local restaurants offering a chance to sample the excellent local dishes.
Firemans Beach is the nearest beach to the apartment and is just a 10 minute walk away. Alternatively there is a huge range of beaches and coves all along the cost that are best explored by car.
The famous and beautiful 'Fig Tree Bay' is just a 10 minute car journey or you can travel a little further to Cape Greko National Park.
There is ample opportunity to sample the local architecture which is abundant within Cyprus. The area is ideal for those the enjoy exploring and taking scenic walks. There is plenty to do for those looking for something a bit livelier. Europe's largest themed water park is only 20 minutes drive away and the coastal location is ideal for all manner of water sports.
How to get there
Direct flights to Cyprus are available from many UK airports.
Larnaca is the closest airport to Kapparis and is just a 40 minute drive away, most of which is along an excellent dual carriageway.
Regular scheduled flights to Larnaca are operated by British airways (www.britishairways.com) and Cyprus Airways (www,cyprusairways.com) and Monarch Airways - from Luton Airport - (www.flymonarch.com), Charter flights are also readily available.
Cheap flights can be found by using a number of online sites to search for the best deals. We recommend trying the following:
Car hire is very reasonable, from £13 a day. Available from www.carrentals.co.uk, which cover Hertz, Europe car and Budget.
If you wish we can arrange to have you picked up from the airport and taken to the apartment in Kapparis. You can then hire a car locally as there are numerous hire companies based in Kapparis, Pernera, Protaras and Paralimni. Hiring a car is recommended (at least for some of your stay) so that you can sample all that the Island has to offer.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The kitchen and lounge area is open plan and includes a table for seating up to 4 people. The lounge provides a comfortable place to relax and unwind in the evenings and includes a Satellite TV, DVD player and Playstation. Patio doors lead out onto the private corner balcony.
There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin single beds. The apartment sleeps a maximum of six using both bedrooms and the sofa bed.
The bathroom has bath and shower, hand basin with mirror, shaving socket and large storage area.
Bed linen for all beds is provided as are bath and hand towels, please provide your own towels for pool and beach use.
Further details outdoors: The private corner balcony provides all day sun due to it's ideal location. A seating area with shade is provided.
The apartment has a designated parking space and the apartment can be accessed using the lift.
Ayia Napa is only a 10 minute drive away, which can be reached directly by the local bus service on the main road.
The municipal town of Paralimni which accommodates three large, well stocked supermarkets with well know brands even from Tesco, is only a 10 minute drive.

Welcome packs of food and drinks can be supplied upon request. English speaking representative available in case of emergencies. Please do not smoke inside the property. Long term winter let can be negotiated.
Conditions
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damages or breakages.
