The apartment is in a small complex so is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacations. There is a fenced pool area and sunbeds for use, so it is also a good complex for families.
The apartment has all the nescersairy items to enjoy a holiday and with many extras such as a safe box and satellite television.
Being close to everything, the apartment is in a good location for beaches, bars, restaurants, suppermarkets and shops along with local traditions in Paralimni, culture of churches and near to bus routes.

The Famagusta District
A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze. The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement...
Kapparis area
Protaras and Kapparis are so close, it is hard to tell where one stops and the other begins... Protaras has some of the best beaches in the world, especially the famous Fig Tree Bay...
Kapparis is a central location ideal for vacations all year round, it consists of bars, shops and restaurants along with some lovely beaches and marinas. In close proximity to Kapparis is a children's water park, bowling, aquarium and there are plenty of water sports...
Paralimni is also very close by, this is the residential area of Protaras, home to the Cypriot traditional lifestyle, taverns, shops and coffee shops along with supermarkets. There is bus routes that run to and from Paralimni and Kapparis through to Protaras and Ayia Napa but if you have a car it is a great location to be in.
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.
Great airlines for cheap prices are www.skyscanner.net or www.flythomascook.com. Other cheap airlines are www.flymonarch.com. Fly monarch have summer sales now for next years tickets, there are tickets for under 100pounds... Euro Cyp holidays are a company based in London, they are also good for flights and the number is 0208 802 7255 .
It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays... Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: The apartment has been furnished so that you can enjoy all aspects of it. There are two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes and air conditioning / heating units in each room. Plus there is a safe deposit box and two dressing tables. The master bedroom has access to the balcony as well.
The dining area overlooks the balcony so you can enjoy the summer breeze. All windows and doors have fly screens as well (including bedrooms). The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary items for cooking.
There is satellite television, dvd player and cd player in the apartment and the sofas come out in to sofa beds.
Further details outdoors: There is a communal pool area which is fenced for privacy and also for safety for children. The pool is cleaned regularly and there are pool side facilities for use as well. The complex has a lift and stairs along with undercover parking.
The balcony has a new table and chairs with a BBQ as well to really make the most of your holiday.
