Villa Amber is a spacious and tastefully decorated home away from home. It is set in a large landscaped garden with a private pool (8mx4m) which is fully equipped with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs for al fresco dining, umbrellas for shade, a BBQ and both patio and pool lighting
The accommodation comprises a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and 2 additional shower rooms (1 downstairs) complete the accommodation. All the bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes and drawers and modern remote controlled air conditioning units in all rooms
The villa is set in a quiet residential area and provides a perfect base for relaxing and exploring southern Cyprus or attending a wedding in the popular nearby Agia Napa and Nissi beach area.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta District has a huge amount to offer holiday makers as it encompasses Kapparis, Paralimni, Protaras, Cape Greco (nature conservation area) and Ayia Napa to name just the most well known locations. Within this area there is more than enough to see and do to keep even the most active holiday makers busy for their whole time on this beautiful island.

Protaras is a lively family orientated resort benefiting from the best white sandy beaches on the island and Ayia Napa has a multitude of attractions from bars, nightclubs and restaurants to wonderful beaches, a water park and museums - enough to keep anyone occupied.
Kapparis area
Kapparis offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located just off the coast. A number of new shops including a bakery and a new cafe will be opening ahead of the 2008 season.
The nearest beach to the villa, Malama Bay , is an easy 5- minute walk away and if you follow the coastal path you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with cyrystal clear water. The most well known beach in the area is Firemans Cove (see pictures in the gallery).
Kapparis is a quiet resort, yet has a great choice of restaurants and bars for those nights that you want to stay close to the villa. The villa is ideally located for those who want to escape and relax yet it is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively.
The long white sandy beaches at Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay, are just 5 minutes away by car. In addition to the wonderful beaches Protaras is a popular resort offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars, and family entertainment options including mini-golf, a sea aquarium and the evening entertainment at the popular Eden Square. Ayia Napa is situated just 10 minutes drive along the coast, and offers a wide range of options on a larger and more lively scale, including the famous Nissi Beach and Waterworld, one of the largest water parks in Europe. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute direct drive/ taxi journey away from the villa.
The town of Paralimni is just 2 kms away and offers a more traditional view of Cyprus with beautiful historic squares and churches, lovely bakeries, cafes and restaurants, and even a Marks and Spencer.
How to get there
Flights:
Heathrow to Larnaca on Cyprus Airways and BA. . Larnaca airport is 45 minute drive away from the Villa. There is another main airport in Cyprus, Pathos, which is 2 hours drive away. Airport transfer to apartment:
There are various car hire companies at the airport, so you could hire your car there, or in Kapparis once you get to the apartment. Detailed directions to the apartment will be given prior to departure.

Car Hire
The apartment is within walking distance to the restaurants, shops and beaches, so a hire-car is not essential, however, to be able to see the full beauty of Cyprus a car is recommended. Air-conditioning is strongly advised.

Further details indoors: The villa has high quality remote controlled air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a wide range of kitchen and dining ware.
All three bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and provide accommodation of master bedroom with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and remote controlled air-conditioning. One of the twin bedrooms has a sliding door to a balcony which overlooks the garden and pool area.
In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are 2 further bathrooms, both with walk-in shower, WC and basin. One is situated on the ground floor for added convenience.
The lounge features comfortable seating with satellite television and DVD/CD player and 2 sliding doors lead out to the garden and pool area. The sunny dining area had a table and 6 chairs.
A travel cot and high chair can be hired upon request
Further details outdoors: The private outdoor spaces around the villa are well equipped to enable you to enjoy the sunshine lifestyle with mature landscaped gardens and a large private pool. The patio has sun beds to enable you to relax by the pool, and benefits from full sunshine for most of the day including the evening, although with shady areas for those who are not sun worshippers.
There is BBQ and a large outdoor table with 6 chairs for relaxed alfresco dining The entire garden is fenced for additional privacy, and to enable the children to run around freely. The pool is equipped with a child safety net, which can easily be installed if required.
