B11 Santa Marina is a luxurious 2 Bedroom Penthouse with a Communal Swimming Pool set in Landscaped Gardens with lawned areas - lots of space for children to play or take in the sun.
I have stated a maximum of 5 persons sharing (adults), but it is possible to use one of the sofas or I can put in a cot or a small bed for a child - making a total of 6.
There is a Gas Log Fire and also Central Heating Radiators for Winter Lets - if required.
The Penthouse is in a small quiet complex, only 6 apartments (but not too far away from the Nightlife, Restaurants, Tavernas and Holiday Attractions that this part of Cyprus has to offer including some of the finest beaches in Southern Cyprus).
There is covered parking and an elevator or stairs if you prefer.
Close by is the beautiful town of Paralimni, with its churches, boutiques, coffee bars (you must try Senso's Frappe!!).
The Penthouse is really spacious and is furnished and decorated to a really high standard. The huge roof terrace offers Sun and Shade with great uninterrupted views of Famagusta Bay and is very private.

The Famagusta District
This region of Cyprus enjoys an estimated 345 days of sunshine a year and is ideal for a holiday throughout the year.
The best beaches on the island can be found in this region - Cape Grecko, Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay and many more - many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' which means they are great for families with small children as the beaches are fine white sand which gently shelves into the crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean.
The sea is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving and there are all kinds of water sports - some quite tame and others quite adventurous!!
The Troodos mountains are a great place to visit in contrast to the beaches - here you will find pretty villages and the air temperature will be a little cooler.
You can also spend some time in Nicosia with its shops, boutiques and places of interest or visit a church or two.
Kapparis area
The Penthouse is located in quiet residential area in-between Kapparis and Paralimni with views over Famagusta Bay.
There is a local Bakery offering fresh bread 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - there are also other everyday products available.
There are many beautiful churches - one on the way to the Supermarket!! and a tiny church sits on the other local beach at Agia Trias
This region of Cyprus has some of the best sandy beaches on the island.
There are Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre.
Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monastries.
The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.
Fireman's Beach is 1km away, or a 2 minute drive. It is a beautiful sheltered cove with crystal clear water - almost turquoise!!
Not too far away are the Troodos Mountains where you can get away from it all all year round and of course in the Winter you can Ski
How to get there
The Nearest Airport is LARNACA.

I can arrange a transfer from Larnaca Airport to the Apartment Complex at a cost of 40 Euros one way or 75 Euros return (paid locally) for up to 4 people plus luggage - from Paphos the cost would be 80 Euros each way. For 5/6 people plus luggage the cost in a mini bus from Larnaca Airport will be 40 Euros each way.
I can also provide car hire (Ford Focus or Renault Megane) at a cost of 20 Euros per day (inclusive of insurance, etc. - you just have to pay for your petrol). The car is delivered to the apartment and collected from the apartment - the car can be hired for the duration of your holiday or for a day or two - the car is booked in advance and paid for on delivery in Euros.

Further details indoors: The Penthouse is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with Central Heating for Winter Lets.
There is a Family Bathroom including a Shower.
For your entertainment there is a Music System, DVD and also a 28" Flat Screen Wall Mounted Television.
Further details outdoors: The Huge Private Roof Terrace is furnished with Sun Lounges and a Table and Chairs in the "Full" Sun Bathing Area and there is also Table and Chairs for eating in the Shade (which is another area of the Terrace) - the Terrace is totally private and not overlooked. There is also a Gas BBQ.
Ther are various doors from the Penthouse giving access to the Roof Terrace.
All windows have insect screens fitted. so you can open the windows at night.
The Shared Swimming Pool is set in Landscaped Gardens including Lawned areas for children to play or simply take in the sun.
By the Swimming Pool there is a Toilet, Changing and Shower Facilities.
There is an elevator as well as stairs if preferred.
If hiring a car there is a Covered Parklng Area to keep your car cool.
Although a Car is not necessary, to see all the beautiful beaches and coves in this region of Cyprus, a car would be an asset.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed.
To reserve dates, a reservation deposit of £100.00 (GB Pounds) will be required at time of booking. This deposit is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled by the client.
The balance of total rental cost to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks before occupancy commences.
The price includes Air Conditioning, Linen, Towels (not beach towels) and a Welcome Pack - there are no Hidden Extras.
If staying for longer than 10 days a change of linen and towels is included in the price.
Late bookings, and bookings within 6 weeks of the date of the holiday are to be paid in full at time of booking
There are no extra charges for Half-Term or Summer School Holidays, Easter, Christmas or New Year

I can be paid by cheque (UK and France Only), payment to any UK Bank or by IBAN Transfer for International payments - just ask me.
Normally the Penthouse is available from 15.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are felxible.

There is a Guest Information Pack which includes information on the Penthouse, Local Attractions, etc. together with a Full Inventory relating to the Property - it is recommended that you take time out to read the contents.
There is also a Suggestion Book and a Comments Book and you are welcome to make use of these.
There is a local Manager to assist with any information you may require during your stay.

The rates are based on a weekly stay although I can quote for an overnight stay, long weekend, 10 day stay, etc. Please bear in mind for stays less than one week - Cleaning and Laundry charges have to be included no matter how short the stay. Which would make the rate more than the above figures divided by 7!!
Late deals are always available - just ask me!!
If staying for longer than 3 weeks - special rates are available - you might be house hunting or having an extended holiday - again just ask me!!
Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.
NB: Cancellation charges
These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Deposits* paid.
* If the Security Deposit of £150 has been paid – this is refunded in full – no matter how much notice is given for cancellation.
