How to get there
Approx 4 1/2 hrs flying time from UK to Larnaca. Daily flights all year from Heathrow with British Airways & Cyprus Airways Budget Airfares - Monarch Airlines from Luton / Manchester & XL Airlines from Gatwick Tour operator "flight only" available from many regional airports (May - October)
Airport transfers can be arranged for additional cost.

1. Payment Terms Initial enquires will be held for a maximum of 5 days, upon which a deposit of 50% for 1 week booking or 40% for 2 week booking, will be required in respect of the apartment rental. If less then 8 weeks prior to departure full payment will be required. Upon clearance of funds the booking will be confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure, 50% for 1 week booking or 60% for 2 week booking + damage deposit + additional requirements (airport transfers, baby equipment hire, welcome pack etc)

A damage deposit of £100 will be required to be paid with your final balance, to cover any loss, breakage or damage to items *, windows, doors, furniture & furnishings in the apartment (including patio furniture), Lost keys and emergency caretaker call outs. There is no charge to guests for any normal cleaning & laundry following departure; however, in the event that any additional cleaning is required then appropriate funds will be deducted from this deposit. Full or partial refund will be paid within 10 days of departure subject to satisfactory report from caretaker. • No charge for minor breakages of crockery / glassware.
