This new family apartment is situated in a wonderful complex of 42 other apartments with communal swimming pool, lovely gardens and shaded parking. The apartment is one of a few on the complex to boast great views of the sea and mountains of Northen Cyprus. Situated on the edge of Kapparis/Paralimni, it is in close proximity to all local amenities, with wonderful sandy beaches scattered along the coast.. A 3 minute drive will bring you to the main town of Paralimni with it's lovely central square and architectural churches. The tourist area of Protaras is a 7 minute drive away offering plenty of entertainment for the family. The bus stop is a ten minute walk away and it runs three times an hour in high season and once an hour in low season, from Paralimni all along the coast to Ayia Napia.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta District has a lot to offer and includes, Parlalimni, Kapparis, Protaras, and Ayia Napa as well many interesting inland towns and villages. There are lots of lovely beaches scattered all the way along the coast from Kapparis to Cape Greko and on to Ayia Napa, many have water sports, fishing and diving courses as well as beds and umbrellas to hire. Some are very quiet coves, there are beaches for everyone’s taste. The small town of Dherynia which is only a 7 minute drive away is a good place to view the ghost town of Famagusta.
Kapparis area
Paralimni is a small Cypriot town where one of the main attractions is the town square where there are many good shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Within the square are three churches, the oldest of which houses a museum. Just beyond the square are beautiful gardens and fountains with an open air theatre. Shops surrounding the square include a mini Marks and Spencer’s
Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Kapparis is a suburb of Paralimni situated close to the coastline. The beach areas, some of the best in Cyprus consist mainly of small beautiful bays each offering something different. A new marina has just been developed just a few minutes drive away at Agia Trias.
Protaras, Fig Tree Bay and Ayia Napa are more commercial and have lots of family entertainment. They all have fabulous beaches as well as Protaras and Ayia Napa having excellent waterparks ( Ayia Napa boasts the largest water park in Europe).
As mentioned above, the bus service runs three times an hour in high season and once an hour in low season. It runs from Paralimni to Ayia Napa along the coast so all the areas are easily accessible (costs 50p for any journey!).
How to get there
Direct flights are available from most British airports. There are two main airports on Cyprus, Pafos and Larnaca. Larnaca airport is the nearest with only a 45 minute drive to the apartment. Pafos is appoximately a 2 hours drive. Cyprus Airways flies shedule flights to both airports. Lots of charter airlines also fly to Larnaca, try using Skyscanners.net, this has proven to be a good site to find the cheapest flights. Easyjet have just started flights from Gatwick and Manchester to Pafos, it may be worth checking to see if these are cheaper even though it's a longer drive.
Transfer to the apartment from Larnaca airport can be arranged for appox. £30.00 for 4 people. Car hire companies are plentiful and the owner can help find you the best deal if required.

Further details indoors: Both the bedrooms and the lounge have aircondioning and heating. There is also an overhead fan in the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utencils and cooking implements. Satellite TV has also been installed giving the viewer a larger selection of English programmes including films, soaps, sitcoms, sport, news and children's cartoons. There is a slection of family DVD's and also a section of games and puzzles for children. One of the sofa's can be used as a double bed, making the apartment capable of sleeping 6 people ( see rental conditions). Highchairs and cots are available if necessary. The balcony area has a table, 4 reclining chairs and an unbrella and overlooks the gardens with views of the sea in the distance. The apartment has a strick no smoking policy which we would ask clients to respect.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed by the stairs or the lifts. The car park is undercover giving shaded parking. There is a shower next to the pool and also underground showers, toilets and changing facilities as well as disabled facilities on ground level. Sunloungers and unbrellas are provided around the pool area.

A welcome pack of food can be provided if required at £8.00 but there is also a 24hour bakery across the road where you can buy fresh bread, pastries, milk and most deli. products. Should you have any problems whilst you stay our management company is local and is able to sort out any problems.
The prices are for up to 4 people occupying the property, however the apartment can sleep 6 people but there will be a surcharge of an extra £30.00 per person per week to cover bedding, cleaning and utility costs.
Conditions
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with the balance. (small breakages likes glasses and crockery will not be charged) This will be refunded within a week of leaving the apartment (subject to satisfactory property inspection) *Deposit of £50 required on booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

For wheelchair users, the doorframes are wide enough for a 67cm wheelchair. There are several disabled toilets around the pool and access by lift is directly outside the apartment.
